I travelled from Texas to see Dr Salazar for my original consultation on June 19 after months of dental pain and recurring infections. I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare decisions I have ever made. Dr Salazar used advanced CBCT imaging to identify the true cause of my problem, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and gave me answers after months of uncertainty. After reviewing my case, he explained that my tooth could not be saved and recommended an extraction followed by a dental implant after the area had completely healed. One of the main reasons I chose Dr Salazar's clinic over other dental offices in Nuevo Progreso is that it is a speciality dental centre. Instead of having to visit multiple offices, patients can receive specialised dental care, including endodontic treatment, dental implants, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, along with comprehensive dental services, all in one location. Everything is incredibly convenient. My consultation, imaging, treatment, medications, and follow-up care were all handled in one place, and having a pharmacy in the same building made it easy to pick up my prescriptions immediately after my procedure. On July 3, I returned for my follow-up appointment to make sure my extraction site was healing properly. The staff showed me my new imaging, confirmed that my infection had completely resolved, and were very pleased with how well everything was healing. During the same visit, I also brought my oldest daughter for a second opinion after another dental office had recommended an expensive root canal and crown. The staff performed a thorough examination, took new X-rays, and after reviewing everything, they explained that she did not need the recommended treatment. Instead, they recommended only a deep cleaning. As a parent, that honesty meant everything to me. It showed me that this office recommends treatment because it is truly needed, not simply because it is available. That honesty earned my family's trust. The entire staff was gentle, professional, and compassionate throughout every visit. Every procedure was explained beforehand; I was never in unnecessary pain, and I never felt rushed. The cleanings and preventive care were performed with great attention to detail under Dr Salazar's direction, and everyone made sure we were comfortable throughout our appointments. After every procedure, someone from the office personally reached out to make sure I was healing well and to see if I had any questions. They also followed up after my daughter's appointment to make sure she was doing well. That level of care is something I rarely experience. The pricing has always been transparent, fair, and very affordable. Never once did I feel pressured into unnecessary treatment, and every recommendation was explained professionally. As someone who travelled from the United States specifically for treatment, I can confidently say the quality of care, professionalism, honesty, convenience, and affordability exceeded every expectation I had. Because of our experience, my family plans to continue returning to Dr Salazar for our dental care. I returned this week for my husband, two daughters, and myself to get our seasonal cleanings from the office. Our teeth feel and look so clean and healthy. We also felt they were very careful to make us comfortable the entire will be returning soon for my seasonal cleaning. My parents and brother are also interested in becoming patients after seeing the excellent care my family have received over the past two months. I will also be returning in September for my dental implant consultation. I highly recommend Dr Salazar and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for honest, highly skilled, compassionate, and affordable dental care.

I have been to Dr. Moreno multiple times over a 12-year period for Implants and other dental procedures. Polite and Professional, with a high standard of care. Maite Moreno DDS MS is a phenomenal dentist, who also cares for her patients making you feel at ease being in the Dentist chair. She is outstanding. A wonderful experience from start to finish, despite the pain that necessitated the visit I would and have recommend her to others. She is a high-quality dentist and a high-quality person. She makes you feel secure in having her take care of your most treasured possessions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience taking into consideration the reason for my visit.

I did and am very happy with the results.

I first went to Stetic in around 2018. I lived nearby and it was convenient. We had already had a disappointing experience with another Nuevo Progreso dentist, so I looked at online ratings, and then I contacted Manny. My wife needed 5 implants. The dentist recommended 8, but we felt we could only afford 5 at the time. The teeth were removed, the mounts were installed, temporary were placed and we went home to wait 4 months for the mounts to heal. When we returned we found that one mount had not set and needed to be replaced. No problem, no charge, but we had to start over on that tooth. By that time it was apparent that the other three the dentist had recommended replacing were going to have to be done as well, so we had them done as well. Everything went great. My wife was very happy with everything and said the procedures had all been pain-free. As we lived only 50 miles away in Brownsville, we made numerous trips to Stetic. I had not been to the dentist in over 30 years but my wife convinced me to have them look at my teeth too. I needed a deep cleaning and a cavity filled. $80. No pain. I was impressed by how much dental technology has changed over time. Another nice thing about the clinic is that you pay only for services rendered that day, not the entire procedure. Recently my wife showed me 3 more teeth. It was obvious they had to go. We no longer live in Brownsville, but now reside in San Antonio, much farther away. I took my wife to the UTSA Dental School, where she was seen by a graduate student. After X-rays and a first consult, the graduate student said she would need to see 3 other graduate specialists and for $600 we could get an estimate. I went home and called Manny. We got an appointment for the next week, which was 6 weeks ago. The teeth were removed, a temporary bridge was installed and we will be returning in June to have the permanents installed. Another thing I found comforting about the clinic is that in the approximately 6 years we have been going, there has been no staff turnover. All the same, dentists and office staff are still there. Everyone speaks English. If you fly in, Manny will pick you up and bring you back, take care of everything. In all the visits we made, I met many patients from all over. I don’t remember meeting any who said they were new, most had been coming for years, which to me was a recommendation in itself. Also, if you have to wait while they are working on your relative or friend, Manny is a great conversationalist and is highly informed on a wide range of subjects. Although our relationship began as a professional one, after this long I consider him a friend. My wife is a, how should I put it? Picky I guess would be the polite way, and she has been totally satisfied with all the work we have done. In retrospect, I wish she had gone the whole mouth, but we are getting there a few at a time. 11 and counting. We highly recommend Stetic and feel lucky to have found them, after previous disappointments.

This place is amazing. The doctor is very good at his job and goes over all of the options with you. With me his suggestions were good and saved me money. The specialist that did my bone graft and sinus lift was also very good and did a great job. Both men were very reassuring and I never once was nervous or anxious. They both did lots of x-rays and they were very thorough. My mouth looks amazing and now my family is going to go there for their care. The whole experience was so amazing and I’m so grateful to everyone there.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

My visit was beyond perfect! Had 3 implants,1 extraction and a temporary 7 tooth bridge and was amazed at the team that pulled this off! 3-hour procedure, absolutely great pricing, and most importantly, weeks later, zero pain, great healing and for the first time in 70 years, I'm looking forward to going back to see the A Team at Pacifica Dental Clinic and get my permanent bridge. Not only are these skilled medical professionals, but the state-of-the-art equipment is like I have never seen in the USA, like laser tools to measure bridge no accurately Old-fashioned goop in a retainer, then they don’t fit so well. This was truly a pleasant experience❤️🙏🏻❤️

My husband and I had a lot of dental work done recently, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The dentists are very skilled, and up to date with all modern technology. They are ahead of a lot of clinics here in the US. Dr Kevin and Dr Daniela are excellent. Had very little discomfort with procedures done. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental care. Laura at reception is most helpful in making appointments and scheduling around travel. The whole team are so very friendly and caring.

My husband and I decided to come to Cadent Dental Office in Piedras Negras together, and honestly, we’re so glad we did. My husband needed a root canal and a crown, and we were both a little nervous, but everything went smoothly. He had no issues afterwards and was really happy with how everything turned out. I had veneers done. I can truly say I’m obsessed with my smile. Dr. Cadena takes his time, explains things clearly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right, not rushing. The clinic itself is beautiful, very clean, and well-organised. Another thing we loved is the location, it’s just one block from the bridge, so we were able to walk there in about two minutes, which was super convenient. Really recommend this clinic and Dr. Cadena.

Within a very short period of time, Dr. Antillon was able to accomodate my complicated timeline and I had my first appointment today. The customer service was exceptional and appreciated. As a nurse for 46 years, I do hold providers to very high standards, as well I should. My expectations were exceeded.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.
