Over a year ago I had started treatment in Tijuana Mexico and I was supposed to return in 4 months to have implants and crowns put in. I live in California 2 1/2 hour drive from the border, however, things took a turn for the worse with illegal migration building, criminal retaliation shootings kidnapping and so forth I felt uncomfortable returning. So I went online looking for something comparable, quality work that was affordable, I considered Spain because I had been there several times and was listed, so was Costa Rica and I've always wanted to visit it, then I looked up the top recommendations and decided on Clear Choice. I contacted them and spoke to Gabriel Fallas and they're fluent in both Spanish and English, from the first moment I found him reassuring and helpful. I sent a copy of my X-Ray and we were able to come to terms on treatment and pricing. Upon arrival they picked me up at the airport took me to the hotel and picked me and dropped me off for every appointment including another X-Ray from the pharmacy and back to the airport they even offered me transportation to a beautiful beach 3 hours away. I had extensive work done by Doctor Heiner Cubero and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 8 implants 2 molar extractions and bone grafts and 23 crowns using top-quality materials, it was almost pain-free. The Doctor did it in two visits and one day of rest in between. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I went to Rumo Dental for all 6 permanent implant dentures upper and lower, their driver picked me up at the airport, took me to my motel, to and from all appointments and back to the airport when finished. Dr Cesar Ruiz did all the extractions and implants and It was done with nearly no pain, Im at home now in Washington state and went to my dentist to see how I'm healing and he told me Im doing great and all 12 implants are looking good. I was very sceptical about going to Mexico to do this work but because of the care Dr Ruiz gave me, I am so happy I did. Can't wait to go back down for the final part in a few months.

I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. I have had veneers, an implant, fillings, root canal, both my daughters have had work fixing a broken front tooth, which came up perfectly, like brand new on my 7-year-old, braces for my 13-year-old, cleaning and whitening for both my husband and I. Very impressive is the word I chose. So impressive with the entire operation. From the start to the final walkout. I'm from the US, I called and made the appointment, and they suggested several hotels or a meeting place. The driver called me to let me know he was on the way, very friendly and opened the doors. The staff greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. Then I was called to see the dentist. Again so impressive, she took her time going over the procedure, stated it was going to take some additional hours for my first set of dentures, and in the meantime, a driver would take me to the mall for lunch, which he came back to pick me back up and back to my appointment. Everything fit well. He took us back to the hotel and waited for the final dentures. The driver picked us up, the dentist made adjustments and said if I had any issues it would be a lifetime guarantee. I had a small issue which I called, they picked me up adjustments were made. Very happy, very satisfied, very impressed. Hope this helps you make your decision.

Cleaning and evaluation. Very professional. They did not try to encourage me to have procedures that were not necessary. Very clean office. Accommodating both English and Spanish.

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar. John explains everything to us in perfect English. We trust and recommend Dr. Edgar Guereo.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

The experience was better than expected. The dentist I had spoke very little English which there were other assistants to help translate. I had a crown done. It looks looks great. Of course process is painful. They tried their best to make me relax & even put more freezing in.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone!! The dentist Maribel and the receptionist were phenomenal!! I had my teeth pulled and dentures and was given great care and absolute professionalism!! Thanks to those girls for a job well done!!

THE MOST PROFESSIONAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY 51 YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!!! David was my first contact before flying to Cancun and he was by my side from then until just a few minutes ago...a month after I returned home. He was always available for questions and immediately tended to any concerns I had. He made all of this super easy to navigate. He also made sure I was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on and made the entire process easy. So easy that I felt a bit spoiled during the process. I thought maybe I was special, but soon realized everyone was being treated the same. He was an absolute professional and has always had my best interest in mind. Carlo was my driver and made sure I was always on time. He had great recommendations for local food and shopping. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Lizzete and Fernada were my front desk customer service reps and schedulers. Both were extremely sweet and kept my appointments scheduled properly so I wasn't sitting around waiting in the lobby. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. They also kept my bill straight and NEVER was there an issue with billing. What I was quoted before I arrived in Cancun is what I paid. It was actually, a few bucks less. Being upsold on things was one of my big concerns, but that never happened. Billing was straight forward, honest and fair and YES, I saved a ton of money over my local Florida dentists. THOUSANDS!!!!!!! Now.....about my dentist and her assistant. THE BEST DENTIST ON EARTH BY FAR!!!! No doubt and no questions.....THE BEST!!!! I think God had something to do with making sure I ended up in the dental chair of Dr. Maria Blanco and her assistant Vianey. I'm a huge coward when it comes to dental work and have always had major anxiety with dental work. For me, I needed a lot of work done and truly dreaded the idea of having to get it done. They made me incredibly comfortable and it truly was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 51 years on earth. I, like so many others I read about online, was concerned about going to Mexico for dental work instead of getting it done in Florida by an American dentist......but for anyone reading this review, DON'T BE!!! The technology at Dental Design was far superior to the stuff my local dentist had. The offices were clean and NEVER was I concerned about my decision. Dr. Blanco and Vianey worked diligently and were extremely thoughtful and considerate of any pain or discomfort I may have been having. I never had any pain!!! I never had any serious discomfort. They made sure of it. They were both true professionals and I can honestly say that they put my local dentist to shame in both their abilities and professionalism. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.
