I just came home to Phoenix from my appointments with Navarro, and I had to write another review. This was my second session with Dr. Luis, and I have never met or seen another dentist who is very attentive to his patients, and really knows his stuff. What really impresses me is how he very clearly explains what he is doing and why; and then I see him triple-checking everything on the most advanced software you can imagine. He is a perfectionist and clearly proud of his work. The entire staff really treat you well.

I had severe acid erosion on the enamel of all my teeth and was told by several dentists that I would need a full mouth restoration or risk losing my teeth over time. I had been putting it off due to the outrageous dental prices in the United States. I recently learned about Los Algodones and began researching reviews to find a quality, trustworthy dentist.

After reading through many local dentist reviews, I felt confident and reached out to Navarro Dental. Their treatment and staff far exceeded my expectations. Karla was amazing—she quickly returned my messages, answered all my questions, and provided an initial treatment plan and price quote. She went above and beyond, helping me schedule transportation, hotel stays, and even troubleshooting issues with one of the local hotels.

Dr. Luis and his assistant Dani were incredibly careful and attentive to my comfort and needs. Dr. Luis took the time to explain the procedures and services I needed in detail and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. At one point, he even escorted me to another location for a different procedure and took the time to talk to me about Los Algodones and the dentists in the area. I can't imagine many dentists or doctors in the U.S. who would take that much time with their patients.

I would also like to thank my driver, Arnold! He provided transport to and from my dental appointments and back to Yuma when I was finished. Arnold also shared great information about the area and hotels.

The services at Navarro Dental were exceptional. I received 28 zirconia crowns and 2 root canals for less than a quarter of the price in the U.S. I highly recommend Navarro Dental and would not hesitate to return if I need further treatment in the future.

Dr. Luis is one of the best oral surgeons if not the best. He is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. This whole dental outfit is composed of extremely professional and friendly people. Their prices are beyond reasonable.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always great. Gentle hands and reasonably priced. This time, I had an extraction, a bone graft, and a bridge put in its place. I’ll be back next time for two implants.

We have been using Navarro Dental for a few years and our family uses them too. They are the best and really care about what's best for us. We love them and will continue to use them moving forward.

I was laying down and looking up at my phone and dropped it. It hit my front tooth and broke it. I went to a dentist in the US and even with x-rays, he didn't know it was broken...and I was charged $500.00 for him to do nothing except tell me to return in a couple of weeks. Instead, I went to Navarro in Los Algodones, MX, and was treated immediately at a very reasonable price. Dr. Luis extracted the root and replaced it with an implant, and gave me a 'flipper' to fill the gap in my mouth. Everyone was professional and quick, and I was able to be on my way home by 3 pm! I have recommended Navarro to several friends and they have had the same pleasant, affordable experience. I recommend Navarro for all your dental needs. Good people, and friendly, too!

I had 2 dental implants done at Navarro Dental early in 2024. The experience was all I could have hoped for......virtually painless and the dentist was very concerned about me being comfortable.
When I got back to Canada one of the caps came loose when I accidentally bit down on something hard that would have likely broke a real tooth.

I contacted Karla at Navarro, wondering if they would stand behind their work or if I would be on my own. She was very concerned and insisted that they would rectify the problem.

Fortunately, we were back in the area in October and, as Karla had said, they replaced the cap with no hesitation and showed the same concern as they had before.

Problems can always happen, but I judge a business by how and whether they handle those things. Navarro gets a ten from me. No hesitation, no debate....they just did the right thing.

After researching Los Algodones dentists online, Navarro Dental had the most positive reviews. After going there last week and experiencing it myself, I have to echo those rave reviews! I went from an estimate of almost $6500 for a front tooth bone graft in the US to an estimate of $1650 with Navarro. Karla was so communicative with me and arranged for a van to pick me up at the bus stop. Dr Luis examined my CT scan and felt that he and Dr Sergio could save my front tooth root, eliminating the need for a much more involved bone graft build-up. I never felt the slightest bit of discomfort or pain as both dentists were gentle and adept at their profession. The next day, my new tooth was installed - and it fits and feels better than the original. My bill of $600 ended up being 1/10th of what I was expecting in the states. I will be a repeat customer next time, and I cannot express my gratitude for the quality of work and the kindness of the staff at Navarro Dental.

great experience. I had all on 4. The doctor was great. I am very happy with the results. They take care of you. I also want to praise Arnold, the shuttle driver. Karla is excellent at her job.

I recently went to Navarro Dental and was treated by Dr Luis in Los Algodones, Mexico. For years I was apprehensive about going to Mexico for dental care but gave it a shot after plenty of research. Navarro Dental had the best reviews on both Yelp and Google so that's where I went and I'm so glad I did. Wish I would have gone years ago. I needed my bottom 2 wisdom teeth extracted and a front tooth veneer done.

Dr. Luis was wonderful, my procedures went quite well. I will be returning for any future dental work (even though I have dental insurance in the US--which is literally a joke and still more expensive than receiving dental work in Mexico). I can't recommend Dr Luis enough.

I have tried several dentists in Algodones and they all were okay but Dr Karla goes above and beyond. Her staff is amazing with a special shout-out to Kenia.

She basically runs that office and is so kind and polite and always takes the time to talk to you when you come in. Dr Carla actually sent my crowns back because she didn't think the colour was perfect. I didn't really care but once I saw the difference I couldn't believe how great they looked. I had a root canal that I barely felt and a lot of work done.

I highly recommend this group. Navarro Dentists is only a 2-minute walk when you cross the border.

I went to Navarro Dental back in early December 2022. I delayed writing a review until now so as to see if there were any complications or issues arising from my procedures. I didn't expect any and I am happy to report there weren't. My overall experience from start to finish was excellent.

I decided to go to Los Algodones for dental work for several reasons. The First was because I was not satisfied with aspects of my treatment here in the US (NY), the second was because of monetary considerations and the third was because my online research convinced me to go ahead and give it a try. I'm glad I did.

After reviewing 3 practices, I decided on Navarro Dental, and this is due in no small part to Frank. Really a great guy as he made me feel very comfortable in my decision to have my procedures done there. Initially, I was to get 4 crowns for 4 implants I already had and 4 cavities filled. I knew I would probably need more but wanted to wait for the dentist's evaluation. Turns out I did. So in total, I got the 4 crowns (w/special adaptors because of the type of implants I had), 3 crowns redone, 2 additional implants, and 1 extraction. My dentist was Dr. Andros Rodriguez and he was great. The procedures went smoothly and for the most part, were painless. Only experienced some small discomfort, but nothing that wasn't expected or that I haven't experienced before. The good thing is that post-procedure pain management was effective at managing pain. Just wish I had purchased more because an extraction always hurts for several weeks after.

Navarro Dental has 2 offices and I had my work done in their 2nd location. It was clean and modern, not overdone. The staff was professional, efficient, accommodating, and very friendly. Again, Frank was great, made me feel very comfortable, and explained to me the different options available for the treatments I would receive. Dr. Andros did excellent dental work. And as for value, the difference between getting the work done in the US and Los Algodones is in the US I would be spending my kid's inheritance (or just not getting the work done) and in Los Algodones, I get the quality care that I can afford, plus have a fun vacation where I meet great people.

Though I don't think anybody looks forward to getting dental work, I can say that I do look forward to going back and getting subsequent work done. I will need 2 crowns for the implants I got and will probably get a sinus lift so I can get a couple of more molars, and probably a root canal for a crown that is sensitive to cold.

So overall, I highly recommend anybody contemplating going to Los Algodones to get dental work done to go for it. And I would also recommend contacting Navarro Dental. The office was clean and modern. The staff was professional, experienced, friendly, and accommodating. The work was top-notch and affordable. What more could you ask for?

I can't thank Navarro Dental enough! I thought I was going to need full teeth extraction and all on fours. Dr Luis was able to save my teeth and gave me a beautiful smile. The staff is amazing! I always felt like they had my best interests in mind. From Frank, Karla, Dr Luis and everyone at Navarro, they were all amazing! I will refer everyone to Navarro Dental and I will be a patient for life. I even plan to bring my kids there for their dental treatments.
