I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

I’m so happy so far, waiting for my next visit, but definitely, they did a better job that the one I did in the USA. I can’t wait to see my final result. Love my doctors they are so nice and very professional. Si recommended 💯 %. I did 4 in one upper and lower.

Found this office and contacted them and was contacted next day with requested information. I made the appointment and was greeted both by the doctor himself as well as the coordinator. As far as the service, I had a root canal and crown done that went very well. The doctor performed the root canal with ease and I barely felt any pain, he answered all my questions, explained step by step what he was doing, and ordered and fit the crown and installed it the same day. The doctor is very nice and the office although looks average from the outside, was very clean and neat. I actually enjoyed this trip this time and have been going to a different dentist there previously, decided on a change. He is very nice and as I said, is neat and clean and I have no hesitation about going again. I don’t give reviews unless they are deserved and I don’t put reviews unless they are true. Feel confident that this doctor will perform whatever you need with professionalism and compassion. I also received a follow-up the next day asking how I feel and if everything is fine. I would also like to compliment the gentleman who coordinated the appointment. GOOD JOB.

I would like to thank Dr. Urzola and staff for taking the time to prep me verbally for the intense surgery and full mouth dental implant installation. Everything went as planned. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I flew in from the USA, and they fully set me up at the hotel, which was a 1-minute walk to his dental office. I chose this clinic because of Gabriel, who not only phoned me in response to my initial inquiry, but he sent details of accommodation, helped me with flight bookings and gave a detailed costing of treatment which was entirely accurate and compared favourably to some of the other quotes I had already had. Upon arrival in Costa Rica, I was escorted in super fast time through the airport, driven to the surgery where Dr Heiner immediately started my treatment which was the removal of several teeth and insertion of 10 implants. And he then provided prescriptions which Gabriel helped me buy at the pharmacy, then he took me to the rental apartment. (Which is amazing). So I have completed the first stage, have had temporary teeth fitted to protect the implants for the next 4 months, and I will be going home in 2 days. Gabriel has been super helpful in driving me to all appointments, then dropping me where I need or want to be afterwards. Dr Heiner was efficient and knowledgeable and has explained how , when I return, they will use 3D technology to make the All-on-6 fixed implant. I did struggle with the temporary (fixed) denture, but Dr Heiner explained how it needs to protect the implants and I understand this is something I have to adjust to until I can return in 4 months. Costa Rica is amazing and fascinating and there is coffee everywhere! I am looking forward to being able to try more of the restaurants upon my return when my mouth has healed from the treatment. I will update this review when I have completed the treatment in 4 months, but up to now, the service and attention I have received have been excellent.

Dr. Camancho and Dr. Jasmin are great! They make us feel welcome and treat us so well. I highly recommend them for all aspects of dental care. We will continue to visit them for our dental care as long as we continue to spend our winters in Arizona.

I just came home to Phoenix from my appointments with Navarro, and I had to write another review. This was my second session with Dr. Luis, and I have never met or seen another dentist who is very attentive to his patients, and really knows his stuff. What really impresses me is how he very clearly explains what he is doing and why; and then I see him triple-checking everything on the most advanced software you can imagine. He is a perfectionist and clearly proud of his work. The entire staff really treat you well.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

I highly recommend this dentist office. I am a cancer survivor of one year and the chemo took almost all of my top row teeth, they made me a denture and I am so happy, thank everyone for all your help I’m going back for the bottom teeth in the future. The staff and the dentist were amazingly friendly and caring.

Dr. Carlos Morales was extremely gentle and professional throughout the entire dental treatment. I had 5 root canals, 5 zirconia crowns, and 5 implants, all of the best quality. I do need to come back in 4 months for the second step, which is the implant crowns. I highly recommend CME Dental. I want to thank the entire team for the excellent experience I had at their office.

My experience with Prostho Studio was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentists and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable. I had no pain as I got my numbing injections. I give Reny Dental very high grades. The Dentist was careful and the fit was perfect. She took her time. In the end quality work is most important but I wish to include how easy they made it. They had someone pick me up at the airport. They made hotel reservations and had an excellent translator who was not only with me while my work was being done but was helpful in all things 'Where is the grocery?' My experience began with research and ended with choosing RD Dental first because of their quick response and pricing (not the cheapest). They answered all my questions quickly. Yes, I was nervous about going into the unknown—from Canada to get implants—but the savings helped considerably! My sister and I flew into Phoenix, where we were quickly picked up by Jesus and Rossel from the clinic. We felt very comfortable right from the start! After a few stops in Yuma for lunch and coffee, the border crossing was so easy! They took us to the Hotel California, made sure we were checked in, and confirmed our appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. The hotel was ‘quaint’—nothing fancy, but clean, with air conditioning and a convenient café (great coffee and fresh donuts every day) and restaurant. The clinic also provided transport every day to and from the clinic if we wanted it. My first appointment went well. I initially planned for six implants, but after consulting with the dentist and reviewing the scans, I ended up getting eight implants, two root canals with crowns, an extraction, whitening, and, of course, a cleaning. After lunch at the adjoining restaurant, I went for the two root canals. Let me just say—if I had had two root canals at home, my mouth would have been sore for at least three days. Not here! The dentist numbed just enough, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The next day included scans, crown fittings, whitening, and cleaning—thank you to Dr. Irma Barcia! She was gentle and quick. There was a lot of waiting around, but patience is key—it’s ‘Mexican time.’ The next day was the implants. Dr. Irma fitted the crowns, and then I saw Dr. Hector Manchvil (spelling?), the implant specialist. I was so nervous, but wow—he did an awesome job. Three hours later, I was walking out! While walking around Los Algodones, I saw numerous people with a lot of bruising—but not with Dr. Hector. I went back the next day, and there was very little swelling and no bruising. The following day was for recovery, and then on Friday, Mariela (the owner of both the dental clinic and restaurant) and Rossel drove us back to Phoenix. I know this was long, but I am looking forward to returning in September to finish up with the crowns. The whole crew here was fabulous! I can’t forget about Ivan at the front counter, the dental assistants, and the waitresses at the restaurant! I highly recommend RD Dental.
