I sent them my X-rays and pictures of my mouth, and they gave me a detailed pre-quote, which helped me plan everything perfectly since I was flying in from California. They even helped me book my hotel, gave me two free nights, and provided free shuttle service from the airport and back — they truly made the whole process stress-free. I also appreciated the cash discount, which saved me some extra money. I had several treatments done — extractions, sinus lift, implants, and upper veneers — and what I loved most was that everything was done in one office, so I didn’t have to go anywhere else. South Padre Island is an hour away which made it a Dental get away. The staff is outstanding, courteous and knowledgeable. The clinic is state-of-the-art. I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Needed major dental work including root canals crowns and implants, Dr Jose Alonso did it in an amazingly short time with virtually no pain in a super clean environment with great staff and Hi-Tech equipment. He has a 10-star dental practice and is a top-tier Doctor. If you need any type of dental work from fillings to surgery this is the best dentist to go to hands down.

I contacted Pacific Dental Clinic via WhatClinic and set an appointment for a consultation, evaluation and plan for a total mouth restoration. I am a 70 yr. old male who had very poor dental hygiene over the years. Dr. Monica Shedden devised a treatment plan, and I could not be happier with the results. The work that was performed was as follows: Root canals, (4) with Dr. Moises Lukowski which was virtually pain-free. Cosmetic veneers, (porcelain) and crowns with Dr. Pasquale Calvosa. 3D imaging was used, and I could not be happier with the results. Porcelain implants with gum restoration, (2) with Dr. Shedden. Fantastic! The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this clinic! The clinic is in the Punta Pacifica Hospital, a Johns Hopkins affiliate which is located within walking distance of a fair selection of hotels and the largest mall in Central America. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Supermarket Riba Smith which has just about anything you would desire. There is also Parque Omar in the neighbouring sector, San Francisco, for outdoor exercise.

Vivianne was great, communicated very patiently and went way beyond the usual service. Two implants and a new upper denture were all very well done and she made sure I was completely satisfied before she let me leave, taking the extra time to do some final adjustments so they all fit perfectly. I won't go any place else now that I've received this excellent care.

In life you have the opportunity to meet phenomenal people, whether they are musicians, craftsman or in this case a dentist. From my initial contact I was impressed with Dr. Reyes. After I e-mailed her she called me twice to discuss my treatment options. She was patient and explained the treatment alternatives in terms that I could easily understand. On my first visit she determined that I needed eight (8) implants, a root canal, numerous crowns and that my vertical dimension needed to be increased. Dr Reyes told me I would need to make three (3) trips to Bogota for treatment. To date I have completed two (2) of the trips. Essentially she is reconstructing my mouth. I was missing multiple teeth, and had badly worn teeth due to teeth grinding. I have never met a clinician who is so in tune with a patients needs. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she by all accounts is an artisan when it comes to dentistry. I have never known a dentist who has paid this much attention to the smallest of details. Her chair side manner is something I have never experienced. I have spent many hours in her office and have never felt rushed, never felt like I was just another client. Rather the treatment has always been very comfortable with a feeling of genuine importance to her. Her office is impeccably clean, her staff are beyond polite and Dr. Reyes speaks very good English this was important because my Spanish is very limited. Whatever you know about dentistry in the States, leave at the door. The treatment I received here is far beyond any treatment I have ever had in the USA. I cannot compliment this clinic enough, I really have no words. My teeth to date look absolutely amazing, she has changed my life. Beyond the treatment Dr. Reyes is a great resource for local Colombian cuisine, culture ECT. I won't go into the cost, but the savings are substantial. My final thoughts. Dr. Reyes is a rare find in the world of medical/dental practitioners. I feel very fortunate to have found such a capable professional, who truly cares about the quality of her work as well as the welfare of her patients! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

I had a filling and sealants done by Dr. Aguero Gallo and he was amazing! He is extravagantly professional and skilled! I had a history of not being able to get numb and he fully numbed my mouth on the first attempt. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and kind! Very grateful for him and his team!
