Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. HyL offered to have a driver pick me up at the boarder, but I wanted to walk the short distance. The clinic is a ten minute walk from the boarder, making access very convenient for US citizens. Both Dr. Contreras and Dr. Uribe were extremely patient in listening to my dental history treatment concerns and dental goals. Dr. Contreras was very professional and understanding when I declined his treatment recommendation. His dental work was excellent and Dr. Uribe ensured that overnight hotel accommodations were reset after a hotel scheduling mishap. Diana the Dental Hygienist was gentle and thorough. The dental onlay feels firm and I will be returning soon for a crown and implant. The professionals like doctors Contreras and Uribe in Matamoros Mexico build confidence for US citizens to consider reducing their dental cost and increasing dental health. Wonderful service. Better than in HealthPartners in Minneapolis, for sure. Efficient quick work and the dentists are skilled and caring. The price is very affordable. I got a tooth implant and veneer on three incisors that were discoloured with age and the surface was crumbling. We had several appointments. The first one was just to examine the work needed and decide on a plan. They have a specialist for each type of treatment. I returned to do the veneer next and after that had the implant. The implant was quick and efficient, taking less than 40 minutes and with admirable skill. It takes about 6 months for the implant to totally heal and then I went back to have the crown put on. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. My whole family goes to this clinic and has for years. They even noticed an area of tooth decay that my US dentist missed when I went for regular cleaning and check-up at home.
