I chose Dr. Gadea in Costa Rica for dental implants because my Cousin has been her patient for many years and told me that he was the best.

Dr. Gadea is very professional, detail oriented, has all the knowledge and uses the newest technology with his patients.

The Office Coordinator, Assistant, and office staff are very personable. They were helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I am very thankful and pleased with all of them.

I recently travelled to Costa Rica to meet an unusual man, whom I came to admire, a dentist with integrity , talent vision , knowledge, experience and a passion to achieve exellence in every form of dentistry he excels in.

I researched many dental clinics in several countries.I was in contact,regularly, with at least seven dentists and dental coordinators, listening, learning basic terminology etc. I chose Costa Rica Dental Clinic. I was impressed from the very beginning, but as my research progressed Dr. Gadea and his highly trained and efficient staff were like a beacon in the in the fog. I had a full mouth of zirconia crowns custom fit and adheard to my existing teeth with precision accuracy.

I'm whole again and it feels so natural, like my teeth looked when I was a young man full himself with large healthy teeth until I ground them down by grinding them all day and in my sleep, often grinding my teeth to comfort me to sleep. Dr Gadea and his staff exude calm excellence while shining like the pros they are. I followed my mind and my heart and Im ecstatic with my self about that as well as the big beautiful super human set of teeth.

This was my second visit to this clinic and it was a great experience both times. Dr. G is very caring and handled my nervousness with great patience. I had extensive work - root canal, implants, small bridge, tooth rebuilt, and bite adjustment. All without pain then or after. Doctor and Jorge both contacted me after I returned home to ask how I was doing. If you need dental work - contact this office. They'll give you an early estimate before you go - and you'll save hundreds of dollars. (I saved thousands of dollars over what I would pay in the States), and your pain will be minimal or even non-existent.

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done.

My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina.

The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions.

As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well.

His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening.

Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina.

I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

Traveling to Costa Rica from Los Angeles for dental work for the first time was absolutely terrifying. But after deep comparisons and research, Dr. Gadea’s dental work looked the best and the most natural by far. I’ve been dealing with my gummy smile all my life, and had misshaped and miscoloured teeth from some bad bonding work that I had gotten about 15 years ago. I was determined to get this fixed, but knew that I could not afford a local dentist. I contacted Gadea’s office and began coordinating with his staff immediately. It took me months to finally book my trip, but I’ve got to tell you this was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. The procedure was painless, there was some swelling to my face, but it subsided after a few days. After getting my dental work (8 veneers, and lessened my gummy smile, straighten a few teeth)I can smile naturally without covering it. I’m so much more confident than before. My teeth look natural (not extremely white) which is what I asked the doctor for… I was afraid I would have some big drastic change to my mouth and people would know immediately that I had work done. I didn’t want to look like someone else. After I returned to the US, my friends never brought up my teeth. They just say wow you look so good. Because I still look like myself, just a better version. If I would have gotten this work here in LA, there is no way that I would be able to afford it. And I’m certain that it would not look as good. I had great treatment. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Had everything done within the time frame I set. They care about you and your smile and do everything in their power to make it the best possible one, even if that means sending 2 crowns back to the lab because they weren't fitting right. I had 4 crowns and 2 nerve treatments done and I am very happy with the results. Definitely recommend them.

Dr. Gadea and his staff were outstanding and provided excellent care. The practice is super hygienic and has modern equipment. I had a complete reconstruction done (21 crowns in total) and the results were amazing (better than I expected). I can highly recommend the services of Dr. Gadea.

I first went to see Costa Rica Dental Services in December 2019 for a Panoramic X-Ray. I was very impressed with the staff and clinic. After consulting with my Dentist in the USA, I returned in February 2020 to have 3 wisdom teeth removed. Dr Gadea explained in detail what would happen during the surgery. One and a half hours later, back to the hotel with a follow-up appointment morning of my departure.

The cost was a fraction of the price I would've paid in the states, made it worthwhile to take a vacation! I will definitely go back to Dr Gadea for any and all work needed in the future. Highly recommended!

I'm a retired Law Enforcement Commander and I can tell you that if you are thinking of utilizing Dr Gadea's services, you have made an excellent choice. I researched and researched before selecting Dr Gadea. Frankly, it took me just over a year before I decided to take the risk For me, it was a huge risk. No dental insurance at all and certainly not the money to have the work done that I knew I needed. I corresponded with Dr Gadea and his office coordinator Gaby numerous times before making my decision. I sent emails to former patients and even spoke with some on the phone about the services they received. Each time, Dr Gadea came out on top. So, what did I have done? How about 6 root canals redone, two new surgical root canals, a five tooth bridge, three crowns and my bottom teeth received several bondings and cosmetic improvements. I must add that Dr Hernandez (Endodontist) at the clinic did all of my root canals including the surgical root canals. Dr Gadea and Hernandez are perfectionists, the best Dentists I have ever had and frankly, much better than any I have had in the USA. Dr Gadea also offers a warranty on his work and his word is his bond. I couldn't be happier.

I called several dental offices in Costa Rica before I decided to go to Doctor Gadea. He did 4 crowns, some fillings, a nightguard, teeth whitening and I am very happy with the results. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was no waiting and the clinic was very clean and well equipped. On the first visit, Dr Gadea sat down with me and explained very well everything I needed.
