Just had upper and lower blepharoplasty 2 weeks ago with Dr Nguyen. My eyes were very puffy as a result of rheumatoid medication. I am VERY happy with the results, better than I expected! The operation was literally $5,000 cheaper than Australia so I had a great vacation, effectively, for free! Recuperative care was also good by Dr Nguyen and Dr Binh.

Breast reduction. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of Surgeon. From the initial consultation, where Mr Barabas managed to put me at ease, to the day of surgery which, was trouble-free, to the final appointment. The wounds healed with no issues, the sutures were dissolvable and cleverly done. The brilliant Anaesthetist prevented any sickness post op which, I was relieved about. I’m delighted with the results, I look more in proportion, have no more shoulder pain and generally feel much better in many ways. Would I choose the same Surgeon again? 100% yes I would, he’s absolutely lovely and is brilliant at what he does. Also, the Anaesthetist and the Fitzwilliam Hospital were fabulous. Thank you

I am about a week and a half post op of breast augmentation surgery I'm feeling great and my boobs look AMAZING! When I started researching I was looking at some big clinics around Manchester but felt that they were like cattle markets so started looking closer to home. I chose The Beaumont hospital as I had been there as an NHS patient and liked the feel of the place. I started researching plastic surgeons and decided on Mr El-Gawad and after my first consultation, I knew I had picked the right surgeon for me. I got nothing but honesty from Mr El-Gawad, he gave me all my options and we discussed everything I wanted from my surgery. Mr El Gawad is such a lovely man and his guidance has been exceptional. The nurses at this hospital were great and Mr El-Gawads secretary Rachel has been my lifeline for any questions every step of my journey I feel like I have known her for ages as she always sends me messages to check on my progress. I also received a bunch of flowers a few days after my surgery which was the loveliest gesture. The day of my surgery I was put completely at ease despite being nervous when I first arrived. I honestly can't fault any part of what this team of people have done and have already recommended them on other forums that I have been on.

I wanted to share my story so far in Poland and using clinic for you. From the moment I landed at the airport I have been well looked after. Mac collected me and couldn’t have been more helpful he has been amazing. The clinic is clean and all the staff are very friendly and look after you well. I felt like my surgeon listened to what I wanted and made my dreams come true. He was honest with me and I couldn’t be happier with the work he has done. After researching for clinics that carry out Adult circumcision, I chose to arrange an appointment with Thornhill Clinic. I chose to have a circumcision for hygiene and personal preference. It was easy to arrange the appointment and the receptionists were helpful in answering any questions I had before the appointment. On arriving for my appointment, the clinic is modern and clean, with polite and welcoming staff. My consultation was with Dr Khan who explained the procedure and after care as well as completing the relevant paperwork. I was then taken to a room to change into a gown before entering the surgical room. Dr Khan was assisted by a male member of staff ( I can’t remember his name) and they both made me feel at ease. Dr Khan explained about the local anaesthesia and that the injections were the most uncomfortable part ( which was very true), once the injections had been completed, it was only a 5 minute wait for it to take effect. During the procedure we had a general chat which help to settle any last minute nerves. The procedure did not take very long and Dr Khan gave me the opportunity to see the end result before applying the bandage to my penis, which I was very happy with. Since the procedure, I have not experienced any pain apart from the occasion twinge and some discomfort when experiencing an erection during the night. Overall I am very satisfied with my whole experience at Thornhill Clinic and would recommend this clinic to anyone that is considering any of the procedures that are available. It was also very good value for money, my procedure cost £750 altogether and it was money well spent.

She is honestly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever found in my life. As a trans woman, I have had appointments with many doctors and surgeons who took advantage of my needs and when I found her, my whole life changed completely. Her work and professionalism has helped me not only in terms of physical appearance but also in terms of mental health and well-being. If you are reading this review you are in the same situation I was once upon a time! To decide on where to do one of the biggest and most life-changing surgeries in your life, vaginoplasty! I was in your position once and read about doctors and looked at the results! But as important is the recovery! I ended up in the Im Clinic because of the beautiful results from their webpage and their many reviews of smooth recoveries, but also because of the amazing communication between the patient and the surgeon! You get free consultations before and after surgery to ensure that all questions is answered! I remember I was mindblown after my first consultation, the surgeon told me I didn't ask enough questions and wanted to set up a new consultation to ask more questions before I made my decision! They are not pushing you into choosing the Im Clinic, they rather want you to make an informed decision for what's best for you! I am now 4 months post-op, and I have never been happier! My result has become pretty much as the pictures shown on the website (just a bit more swollen, but this will go down)! The dilation schedule is very easy with 3 dilations daily the first month, then 2 dilations daily the next 2 months and once a day for the next 3 months! I can share that I have started physiotherapy and she was amazed at how natural it looked and how natural it also felt! She has worked 30 years helping women with a tight private part and she could not feel the difference between me and a cis-female! I have never been happier! Dr Labanca and the amazing patient coordinator Rosa have changed my life in ways I never thought possible! They truly are angels in my eyes, for me the impossible has become possible! I can feel like myself after a bit more than 20 years of living in the wrong body! Remember this is not an easy surgery to recover from, so to have a secure network like the Im gender medical team around at my disposal has been crucial for my recovery!
