I saw Dr Ali a few years ago for liposuction on 2 occasions and was extremely impressed with my results and care. He and his team are fantastic and caring. I reached out again yesterday after years later as I had a very horrible experience with a plastic surgeon 2 weeks ago, who did a horrible job and treated me so poorly, and refused to explain and reassure me after surgery, which left me feeling stuck with nowhere to go. Dr Ali fit me in the next day. After our phone call this morning, I feel much calmer. He listened to my concerns and let me know my feelings were valid. He is willing to review in a few months' time if I'm still unhappy to see what he can do, which completely put my mind at ease. He also advised on after scar care, which the original surgeon didn't so Thanks again, Dr Ali, you're an amazing and caring Dr who I would recommend anyone to :)
If I could give 6 stars in my review for Dr McHugh I would! Went to see Dr McHugh for a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my eyebrow. I had seen another cosmetic surgeon who had given me a terrible outcome regarding scarring and after much research came across Dr McHugh’s profile. I made an appointment where I was assured that my scars would be minimal and that he was confident of a great outcome. Great is an absolute understatement! I have next to no scarring and I am in awe of what he has done. Within only one week I was almost back to normal and able to return to work and my life. His staff are efficient, knowledgable and caring and Dr McHugh is the ultimate professional. I cannot thank him enough and if you need a cosmetic surgeon for skin cancer, look no further.
Recently undertook a cosmetic procedure at Chelsea cosmetics. The service was exceptional from planning the specifics through to undergoing the procedure and the customer service offered towards my recovery. It has been just over three weeks since Janet removed my skin cancer from my left hand cheek. I must say I was overly delighted with the result of her work. Many others have also commented on how well the incision has healed and that it is hardly visible. Being so large I was extremely worried as it is in a very prominent position on my face. I visited three doctors in all but were not confident with the other two. Janet put me at ease, spelt everything out clearly indicating my shortfall costs up front. I was very pleased with this explanation. I highly recommend Dr Huang and would gladly converse with anyone that is considering using her services. Definitely a five star result.
