Everything was very professional and the process was very smooth. Dr. Thanakom was also very experienced and patient in explaining the procedure to me and answering all of my questions. Most importantly they are very efficient in their service and aftercare for patients. It made my whole surgery process less nervous knowing I was in good care and hands. I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. We had all the benefits everyone else has mentioned, car transfers to and from our hotel for every follow up appointment, daily contact from Ms Tak, and a transfer back to the airport with a generous supply of meds and dressings etc. We are so grateful for this life-changing surgery and for the way we were looked after at BPS Clinic.

Six years after having a Facelift I can say that I am still delighted with the result. The Yoskarn Clinic is immaculate and the staff professional and caring. I felt very safe.
