During the surgery and throughout the aftercare, Mina was equally exceptional. She guided me through each step, checked in regularly, and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed at all times. Having her support during such an important moment meant the world.

I rarely give good reviews or I’m really impressed with Services offer. But in this case,Holo World Health really deserves one. They went above and beyond to organise things for me, to be there through the process, to answer questions and to fi d surgeons/doctors for me. Treatments were not in Istanbul, and in spite of this somebody came to accompany me through the whole process to be there when I exit and bring you back. If ever I consider another procedure, I would definitely go via them to find the right doctor and feel safe and taken care of. I received Fat transfer and injections

Very knowledgeable, intelligent and caring person and she made my journey from arrival, through the procedures and back home, so easy. I came over from another city to Istanbul and I am happy that I got such a good decision. Mona was very kind and helpful. My Surgery story with good end. Even I haven’t seen a lot of reviews about this clinic I decided to do here BBL, Lipo and Tummy Tuck surgery. My coordinator Mona always helped me with advice. Doctor Fikret Eren met me together with his wonderful wife.

Explained to me everything I needed. After surgery doctor answered all my questions about recovery. I am very satisfied with the doctor's job. Mona is always available for patients. I can only suggest doing this surgery with this clinic. Price was the best from all other clinic quotes. Trust Dr Fikret Eren. He is a good surgeon with big experience.

I had a breast uplift with implants. I’ve been home 3 weeks and still very good communication between Mona answering all my questions. My body is still healing but I’m satisfied with my results so far. Mona answered the phone day and night to me which was very comforting. Things could have run a little smoother if a plan and care package was put together before arrival so you knew exactly to expect although I did book last minute. Would definitely recommend.

I did the gastric sleeve surgery in Antalya.

It was a mixed experience. First, the surgery is not done by Holo World Health, they are more like a health tour agent who helps get you to the right people and buys your tickets and arranges everything for you. Mona has been very responsive and took me to the clinic and has been with me through all the tests. She has been very good and I felt supported especially up until the surgery was done.

The surgeon was qualified and did a good job as far as I am aware (it has been one week since the surgery).

The hospital was very busy and we had to use the emergency entrance. There were constantly new things that were sprung on us that I was not told in advance. I just felt that I was taken from one office to another to another and had to sign a lot of paperwork without getting adequate time to study it or ask questions. Letting people know in advance about what tests and how they will be taken and communicating the plan and steps that will be taken before, during and after the surgery could be better. I felt like I never knew what is going to happen next. The pain management after the surgery was not very good and the first night after the surgery was agonizing. I have not been that miserable before. The nurses basically were saying well yes it hurts that’s understandable you had surgery. You have to wait for three hours till we give you more medicine. And three more after that. Rooms are fairly small but private.

The nurses do not speak English so it is very challenging to communicate. They tried to use the translator app. But they do try and provide good care. Even though like I said pain management has been done poorly especially the first day when it was needed the most.

After the miserable three nights and five days at the hospital, I returned back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the part was completely poorly organized. I needed to be on Liquids only diet and hotel did not have a stove or a microwave. They did give me a small electric portable stove when I asked after a few days. The hotel in general looks ok but the quality is average. There was poor lighting, some furniture was wobbly, room service didn’t replace shampoo, conditioner, soap, the breakfast that was included was not that great and had nothing I could eat on my after-surgery diet, which was again another oversight.

So, overall the practical details were handled fine for the most part but there were things that definitely should be improved.

As usual, my experience was amazing this is my third time going with Mona. Mona has been so professional and got us the best-qualified surgeons. She looked after me and my sister and made sure we had all we needed. Results are incredible and Five of my friends are actually planning to come to get the procedure done within a year! That's how great results are. Thank you
