Went for my initial consultation. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Craig McKinnon provided great, pragmatic advice tailored to my concerns, including any risks or downsides. I didn't feel pressured at all to then book a procedure, but his approach gave me full confidence that I will be going ahead with what he suggested for me.
The whole team were fantastic. From my first meeting with Charles, I felt I could completely put my trust in him to do my breast operation. I’m of the older generation and was having the procedure done by local anaesthetic and needed some reassuring. I was conscious during this rather longer than usual op but not once did I feel fearful as Charles and his nurse talked to me constantly reassuring me and keeping me informed about what was happening.
