I recently had a septorhinoplasty, organised by the Dr CINIK team, performed by Dr Mehtap. The care immediately after surgery is great, 2 days of round-the-clock care in a clinical setting. I found my translator Manal to be very patient and helpful. Dr Mehtap spoke perfect English too and understood my concerns - I wanted to improve my breathing for sleep. Kubra was one of the many people who looked after me in the hospital and she is now providing me with lots of support via WhatsApp as I heal, she’s been really nice and patient as I ask lots of questions about post-op care. Whilst I am still swollen and can’t see my final appearance, I am pleased to note that I am sleeping better than I have in years due to breathing improvements. I fully recommend the Dr Cinik team.

Overall very surprised with the level of professionalism with the experience. I was put in a group chat with multiple people who I can reach out to and stay in touch with during the process. The doctor was beyond friendly and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing with my face. The whole team was very welcoming and very prompt in responding to messages. I had two surgeries with Best Self Club and before the operations, I had almost no hair because I lost 80 - 90 % of my hair due to genetics. Today I have a full head of hair and my hairline looks really natural, so that not even one person was able to tell that I had a hair transplant. I can recommend Dr. Osman and Best Self Club 100% to anyone who is considering a hair transplant. Everyone in his team from operational staff to pre and post-care staff were very professional and helpful. One piece of advice I can give to people who want to have a hair transplant is that the first 15 days is really crucial. You should follow every instruction completely to get the best results.

I am writing a review so that others may benefit from learning further about my septo-rhinoplasty experience organised and orchestrated by Dr Andaç Aykan and his team. I am from the UK originally but lived in Turkey for nine years previously. I was fully aware of the scale of the health tourism sector, but did not know where to start looking when considering surgery options in Istanbul. Having exhausted UK package possibilities (I did not feel comfortable knowing that some surgeons are performing multiple surgeries in a day, the incessant ‘special offers,’ and the mixed results.) By word of mouth and recommendation I heard of Dr. Aykan, having had several previous in-person consultations. In my case I was not looking for a drastic change in my appearance and my main aim was to find a surgeon able to proceed without artistic license! Keeping in mind, I am a person who does not like change and whom struggles even with hairstyle differences. The combined recommendation, reviews, clinic, technology, Doctor and team made my decision very easy. Where other Doctors had sketched or tried to explain expected changes to my nose incoherently, Dr Aykan used 3D vectra imaging to portray an expected result, using the angles of my face to develop a nose with the best fit for my face and other features. Furthermore, after assessing my nose internally (whilst showing me onscreen) he provided a ready printed document and was able to illustrate how my septum deviated and necessary structural changes to allow me to breathe more freely. Dr Aykan speaks perfect English and was able to articulate and address all of my concerns - of which I had a list of questions to resolve. I had not anticipated my peak in anxiety the day before and day of the surgery and I felt that this was completely understood and acknowledged. I felt that Dr Aykan offset my anxiety and nerves through his calm, steadfast and intellectual demeanour. Overall I can say instinctively that I felt that Dr. Aykan would not do me a disservice and I felt throughout the process that I was able to trust fully in the Doctor to achieve the result I had requested. When I had any doubts in the months before the surgery, I always returned to the position that, ‘this is the surgeon who can execute the optimal result.’ On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly and I woke up to the sound of Şevval’s voice (the Dr’s Assistant), who expressed that everything had gone well. I later saw the Doctor in the hospital room and was able to share that my breathing was much improved, even as of Day 1! The hospital room itself was really lovely and my boyfriend was able to stay next to me on a fold out sofa. The nurses were incredible and throughout the night attentively put ice on my eyes every one hour. I was not able to express my immense gratitude easily after the surgery but they really impressed me and made a huge difference to the overall experience and in my speedy recovery - whereby I happened to have a deficit of bruising and only a minimal 3 days of discomfort. Fast forward to the result and I could not be happier. Leaving the clinic I have already fully accepted my new nose and can really see how it has enhanced my appearance. I am also benefiting from the real results of the septoplasty, in every breath I take. I am excited to see the results transform and become even more outstanding in the upcoming few months, once swelling reduces. I am looking forward to future engagements when photos will showcase the true artistry of Dr Aykan and when my confidence will be boosted by this stunning, understated and natural minor modification to my look. Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The entire Cygnus Clinic team was amazing, from their medical consultant- who scheduled the procedures to their nurses and health coordinator- who coordinated our care during are our stay in Istanbul. The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. The whole experience has been very pleasant. From the first call to discuss my breast augmentation and lift to post op, Dr Muge was professional, kind, listening and very understanding. Always responsive and the results have been great. Even still a minor touch being assessed, I am very happy with the surgery; nice scars, and I am glad Dr Muge had a good judgement on deciding the implant size. What a great way to achieve all that you want in one place. I got my teeth done, my breast implants and my hair transplant … during my period, my sister Jessy, who was my accompanion decided to get a gastric sleeve (cause she has been struggling with weight loss for a long time).
