Arm Lift means Excess skin removal from the upper arms. The skin on the upper arms becomes loose and is a very common aesthetic problem. An arm lift can offer a solution. Possible causes: Reduced elasticity of the skin Reduced muscle volume Excess skin following weight loss Arm Lifting is a procedure which is performed under intravenous sedation. The treatment can usually be performed on an outpatient basis. Sometimes an overnight stay at the kliniek is necessary. After the procedure you will usually have to wear an elastic arm bandage for between 3-6 weeks. The position of the scar is usually vertical on the inside of the upper arm. Sometimes it is necessary to extend the scar to the inside of the armpit. An arm lift (skin reduction) can also be combined with fat removal: liposculpture of the upper arms. 

A breast lift is a procedure that sagging breasts are corrected .  With a breast reduction excess fat and/or tissue is removed. Through weight loss, loss of elasticity with aging, pregnancy or lactation , the breasts may sag . This creates a deep breast crease and the nipple is often below the breast crease . A breast lift will improve the shape and firmness of the breasts . The breast are not only weakened but additionally lost volume , it is possible to combine with Mastopexy the insertion of a breast prosthesis to add volume. Alternatively own body fat can be transferred in the breast to add volume if needed. This also applies if the nipples are not too low. The more the breast hangs down, the greater the need for breast prosthesis or lipofilling is to be. At moderate sag we will increase by one or two cups sizes to create firmer breasts. The advantage here is that the scars are still very limited, the feeling in the nipple is preserved and lactation usually remains possible. Women with large, heavy breasts, often experience back pain. This is definitely a reason to consider breast reduction. The plastic surgeon will be fitting in consultation with the patient a cup size in proportion to the body . By performing a breast reduction often a lifting effect is obtained on the breasts so the woman not only get beautiful and smaller breasts but also will experience noteworthy firmer breasts.

Limited arm lifts can be done under local anesthesia, hence the lower price.  The higher price is for more extensive arm lifts under general anesthesia

All implants are from the German Polytech brand, and are polyurethane covered for stable results and long-term safety. Placement via an incision in the fold under the breast is @ 4800 ex VAT, via the nipple (less visible scar) 5300 ex VAT.  Armpit incision is not recommended.
