One of the things that na nagstop saken before from going to a clinic is how they often point out your insecurities to sell you services 😞 But I love The Raynald Centre in BGC because I didn’t feel that at all! I just saw the clinic while I was in the area and decided to inquire. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The doctor, Doc Raynald, is very kind and professional. Arm lift is usually done on patients who have big, very, loose skin at the back of their upper arm. The looseness of the skin is usually visible after massive weight loss. Arm lift is done by cutting away the loose skin at the area of the triceps  and approximating the skin edges to bring about a more taut skin. At times when the skin is accompanied by some fat, suction assisted lipectomy of the accompanying fat is in order prior to cutting away the excess skin.
