As an older woman, I noticed that my face and eyelids showed many signs of ageing, particularly sagging skin and under-eye bags that made me look noticeably older. After much consideration, I decided to undergo a facelift, neck lift, and upper and lower eyelid surgery at Dr. Nhan Ho's clinic. Initially, after the surgery, my face and eyelids were very swollen, which made me feel understandably anxious. However, Dr. Nhan Ho and his medical team were incredibly dedicated, reassuring me and thoroughly explaining the recovery process, which helped me feel more at ease and get through this challenging period. Remarkably, after just one month, the swelling had significantly subsided, and my face and eyelids looked much more youthful. I not only felt rejuvenated but also regained my confidence, as if I had discovered a fresher, more vibrant version of myself. This was truly a wise decision that I am very satisfied with. During a recent visit to Vietnam, I decided to undertake minor cosmetic surgery. I researched a number of surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and decided on Dr Tam at Whatclinic. Doctor Tam and his surgical counsellor, Ms Sarin-kim, were very helpful; they offered to help with any travel or accommodation issues that I might have, but as I had visited Vietnam on a number of occasions, travel and accommodation were already organised. As the surgery was not taking place till later in my trip, they kept in touch via WhatsApp, explaining the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was directed to a hospital in HCMC where I met with Ms Sarin-Kim and Doctor Tam. They were very helpful; Dr Tam explained in detail the surgery, making me feel comfortable. Before the surgery, I was required to take tests and answer questions regarding my health. Ms Sarin-Kim stayed with me and helped me; some of the hospital staff did not speak English, and her assistance was invaluable. There was a waiting time so I was put in a ward, as the operating theatre was obviously busy. I was feeling very relaxed as all the pre- surgery tests and questions were similar to what you have in any major hospital, especially in Australia. I was taken into the operating theatre; Dr Tam and his team ensured that I was comfortable he again explained the procedure. I was absolutely confident and happy. after the procedure, which took about 30 minutes I was moved to an observation ward, I stayed there for another half hour, when staff were happy that I was ok they released me to Ms Sarin-kim who then gave me instructions on how to look after my incision, when to get the stitches removed after I returned to Australia, She gave me antibiotics and ointment to take care of my incision and help recovery. Overall, the entire process was great. I was a little worried at first, but Dr Tam and his team were very professional. Special mention to Ms Sarin-Kim; she was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Dr Tam and his dedicated team Thank You

Three weeks ago, I came for surgery. Today, I leave with a new body, a healed heart, and my confidence restored. Dr Phuc and his team aren't just professionals; they are angels who guided me through a journey of physical and mental transformation. I am so emotional to leave, but so grateful for the woman I am going home as. Thank you for everything.

Blepharoplasty I had badly hooded eyes. I have a blepharoplasty top. No pain felt. Recovery easier than expected. The doctor is so quick and responsive. This surgery was not planned. I found out about the doctor and the clinic while on vacation. The doctor responded so quickly, and he was able to squeeze me in for surgery on his busy schedule. Fabulous after surgery care.
