CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, with some funky tunes in the background. All the staff at Triggs and James go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and go there again.

I have radio frequency with Julie’s . She is a professional and lovely person who is very experienced at what she does. I highly recommend this treatment as it makes my face feel firmer and plumper . I also have a very small amount of fillers around the rim of my lips to bring them out . She does this so it’s natural and not in your face . Really pleased with all my treatments

I was looking for some wrinkle treatment and chose to have it at hidden lines after hearing about them through word of mouth. I found the process very easy and was reassured by Suzanne Crawford after a consultation that I would achieve good results. The process was pain-free, numbing cream was applied first and I look forward to the results in the coming weeks. The room is very welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I have put photos before and will apply my after pics in a few weeks.

Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. I had a mole appear on my eyelid. I was very nervous. As soon as I arrived, I felt my nerves disappear. Wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable. Very good value for money. I have been going to Hemel Cosmetic Clinic for some time now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Kevin! I was treated by Kevin & I was really nervous at first to have any anti-wrinkle procedures done. I have a total fear of needles & Kevin put me totally at ease and talked everything through with me. Now I have no issues at all going there as I know Kevin is very gentle & understands how you feel. He makes you feel totally at ease and comfortable and does such an amazing job!.
