I had a fantastically positive experience with Triggs and James Aesthetics on 30/01/25. Having never had any kind of beauty or aesthetics treatment before, I was a little nervous—but I shouldn’t have been. CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, with some funky tunes in the background. All the staff at Triggs and James go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and go there again.

I had a cosmetic procedure here a few months ago. And I can honestly say that this was such a good experience with the appointment right through to the procedure. I am really happy with the results and can say that I would definitely recommend it.

I had an hour’s consultation (fee paid) with Julie, we discussed my concerns and I conveyed the treatments I had previously had over the years at a different clinic. I felt having reached my 60’s I had become invisible and although I did not have much in the way of lines, I felt my skin needed a boost and a total refresh. We finalised a treatment plan consisting of Profhilo for the face and neck. I had my first treatment last week and although I was quite anxious, Julie put me at ease and conveyed everything she was doing. My first Profhilo treatment for the face and neck went very smoothly, I hardly felt a thing, and I could tell Julie was very experienced in administering the injections. I was amazed that following the injections, there were no telltale signs that I had had anything done. I was left with one tiny bruise on the neck which I covered the next day with a bit of concealer. I now have to be patient waiting for the results to show, although the full results will not be until a month after my 2nd treatment of Profhilo. All in all, I would say it is worthwhile paying for a consultation as you are given the time to discuss your concerns. My experience at Facial Aesthetics has so far been a good positive experience.

Her vast experience is very evident, the techniques she uses are obviously very very professional and I know I am a being very well looked and we’re more than happy with the results achieved. Her knowledge is on another level. You are in very safe hands. Stop shopping around and book in with Antoinette. Had anti-wrinkle treatment and some lip filler, my partner the same and cheek filler. I was looking for some wrinkle treatment and chose to have it at hidden lines after hearing about them through word of mouth. I found the process very easy and was reassured by Suzanne Crawford after a consultation that I would achieve good results. The process was pain-free, numbing cream was applied first and I look forward to the results in the coming weeks. The room is very welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I have put photos before and will apply my after pics in a few weeks.

Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!

I opted for treatment with Leah Hills (therapist) and she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.
