A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I had skin treatment as I had a lot of lines on my forehead and the side of my eyes I was very pleased with the result I was so pleased I had made another appointment. I chose this clinic as I researched a lot of clinics and this was the one with the best reviews. My first impression of the clinic was staff was very professional and friendly. After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

Been using Arora’s products for my skin and hair. Absolutely amazing results, especially from the hair oil, it’s helped immensely with my hair loss and the dryness caused by various medications I've been taking. Highly recommend also, Arora is one of the nicest, patient, caring and understanding people I know, would recommend her to everyone. She’s amazing, I’m so happy with my results

Cannot speak highly enough of Shirley. She certainly knows her stuff, understands if you're embarrassed and made me feel at ease immediately. Had my nails done by Charlotte too. Very thorough and entertaining. Laughed from start to finish. I left it to her to pick the colour. I just wanted something nice for holiday. I love it.

Had my first appointment for advanced electrolysis. The clinic is very clean and staff welcoming. Was well informed about the treatment before given and what to expect afterwards. On first impression, I would recommend.

CO2 laser treatment. Very good 1st meeting and discussion. Very knowledgeable and great treatment. Very good aftercare. Great value for money.
