I attended the Reforme Medical Clinic to seek treatment to reduce the appearance of some rolling, pitted acne scars I had on my chin. I was looking for a combination of dermal fillers and subcision. Dr Prashant was very informative and suggested treatment options to reduce the scars and also to improve the age-related appearance of my lower face. Dr Prashant explained the likely outcome, and throughout the treatment, he worked with great care and clearly wanted to do a good job. I am very pleased with the results, and certainly the scars are reduced and not nearly so prominent.

I visited Dr Prashant after a recommendation and researching the surgeons in the South East Wales area. I went for an upper blepharoplasty. (Eyelid lift).
From the first visit, I felt at ease and appreciated how honest, thorough and knowledgeable Dr Prashant is. He managed my expectations well.
On the day of surgery, all of the staff at Reforme were attentive and friendly, and I felt calm.
There was no pain during the procedure, and it didn’t take too long.

I had a scar revision surgery for a scar that had been on my arm for several years now. It was something I was initially hesitant to do as I was unsure if the scar could ever be treated to look better and I was amazed at the results delivered by Dr Prashant.

My arm has been healing for roughly 3 weeks now and I am in awe of how good the scar itself looks already, truly incredible work and such a comfortable process to go through due to the wonderful staff and Dr Prashant himself. I could not recommend enough!

I sought out private medical treatment for what was diagnosed by my GP as an epidermal cyst located just below my jaw line on the left side of my face/neck area, which measured about 1 – 1.5 cm. Despite my GP being fantastic, the wait of 14 months to see the Dermatologist at the hospital was somewhat disconcerting.

From initial consultation through treatment and aftercare, I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service provided by Dr Prashant and his team. The consultation was thorough, provided visual information on my specific issue and how it would be treated and having booked in for treatment, written information about the procedure and the issue itself was given. I was contacted the day after the treatment to see how I was, and the practice remained available for contact whenever I needed to check about any issues I had. I’m seen weekly for two weeks following the procedure and then a further six weeks after that. I am now booked for a further follow-up in three months, and I understand a further consultation will take place before I am discharged. This whole process represents the best value for money, I think I’ve ever experienced - certainly with respect to medical treatment. Dr Prashant, supported by his wife, a surgery nurse and receptionist, is friendly, approachable and fun. I felt more a part of the ‘family’ than a patient. Excellent!
