I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!

From my consultation with Anotoinette to my treatment with with Jo. I found their clinic to be friendly, super focused on what I wanted to achieve (as well as what was doable) and in general the whole process was excellent. Jo put me completely at ease as someone who had never had fillers before and I felt like I was getting solid advice from professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. Even the treatment bit was enjoyable and I am delighted with the results.
