I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!

I first went to Dr Matla for a Hydrafacial I saw the lovely Jordan she is nice and friendly and made me feel relaxed, and she talked through everything she was doing it was my first hydrafacial I will definitely be having another. I regularly use this clinic and highly recommend it. Alison is an advanced skin therapist with great knowledge of all things health, skin and beauty related. My regular treatment is a non-surgical face lift with lymphatic drainage under the eyes. You can always see a massive improvement immediately afterwards and for some days later. Facials are excellent as Alison understands and recognises my skin's needs throughout the year. I think the treatments are brilliant value for money and Alison is such a warm and friendly person who always takes time for her clients and goes over and above.
