Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Recommend highly! Julie is by far the best and most professional specialist I have ever met. I was a little nervous on my first visit but was immediately met with a warm & friendly welcome at reception. Julie took me through a thorough and informative consultation explaining everything about the cosmetic procedure. I was so impressed with how gentle and pain-free Julie's techniques were in comparison to my previous experiences in other practices. I'm also very happy with the results. My lines are now very soft, some non-existent but still looking very natural and not looking like I've "had something done". I would only consider Julie & Facial Aesthetics now for any type of procedure in this field.

I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

What a great experience having my skin tags removed by Jemma. She explained in full what would happen and it turned out to be a comfortable and pain free session to remove more than 10 tags this morning. I would recommend her clinic to anyone with skin tags and who are worried about the procedure.
