I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe. I have recently been to see Dr Brad about my ageing eye area. Dr Brad recommended various different options I could have done to improve the area. Dr Brads knowledge is exceptional. In the end I decided on the polynucleotide treatment. I was numbed under my eyes and I hardly felt a thing. I am very pleased with the results. Dr Monty Ali is very experienced and I have visited him for years. He is very professional and empathetic and puts me at ease by explaining everything. He is very gentle and his work is excellent. Last visit I had a tooth broken up to the gum in the front and after treatment I told him, "I know you can create miracles but this time you did the impossible".
