I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. On my arrival, I noticed how clean it was the staff were very friendly and polite. The owner was very helpful and the prices were amazing and very low.

I found Dr Raquel's clinic after a lot of research and have been very pleased with my results. I found the treatment room bright, relaxing and spotlessly clean. After my initial consultation with Dr Raquel I knew she was the clinician for me she explained everything thoroughly gave me realistic goals and came across as very professional. I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

From making the appointment to having the procedure done they were so friendly as I was a little scared, totally put my mind at rest the laser treatment was over in mins with a good aftercare plan. Had a very unsightly facial mole removed on Wednesday at Wimborne clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Jai and the procedure was explained and carried out without any pain. I would recommend this clinic. I took the plaster off after 48 hours and the scar is very small. Again, no pain or bruising.

I booked in for a Hydrafacial and was over the moon with the results. I have made this part of my regular monthly plan now, and am also considering other treatments. The team are very friendly and based in the heart of Stourbridge.
