I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After researching local skin clinics and reading the reviews, I decided to check out Dr Berry at the Wellfield Clinic to see if indeed he did live up to those five star reviews! My first introduction to the clinic was through Georgie and what can I say about her that hasn’t already been said. She has a very engaging manner; is friendly whilst being extremely professional and proactive. I’m guessing she keeps Dr Berry on track with communication and follow-up. Her diary-management is flawless. My first visit to the Wellfield Clinic was back in 2020 to see Dr Berry for a ‘skin lesion assessment’. I had a couple of milia that were positioned very close to my eyelids. Very pleased with the outcome and went on to have more procedures performed by Dr Berry, ranging from moles removed to skin laser treatment(s) to fillers around my lip area! During the course of my visits to see Dr Berry, I asked him if he knew of any facials that would help the more ‘mature’ skin. He suggested the Dermapen and introduced me to the ‘lovely Leah’ who did a course of the Dermapen facials on my skin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I’ve now signed up for a year’s course of various facials. I’m now a regular at the Wellfield Clinic. I cannot speak more highly of the team (Dr Berry/Georgie/Leah). If you manage your expectations as to what can be achieved (I’m talking about myself now as I’m in my 60s), then you won’t be disappointed with the outcome. Dr Berry has always been honest with me with regard to what can and can’t be achieved and he has taken the time to discuss with me the various options and potential outcomes.

I had a mole appear on my eyelid. I was very nervous. As soon as I arrived, I felt my nerves disappear. Wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable. Very good value for money. If I have any more appear, I will definitely be using this clinic again. I didn't even feel a thing. Only 15 minutes from where I live. Thank you once again.

I have been to Dr Prashant at Reforme Medical on two separate occasions for skin tag and mole removal. On both occasions Dr Prashant has made me feel so welcome and at ease. As I am conscious about my moles (in multiple areas) I was quite anxious about the procedure, however he and his team were very accomodating and professional. I would recommend to others and there is nowhere else I would feel more comfortable as I did with him. He is so kind, genuine and is like a fountain of knowledge. Communication was fantastic aswell. Procedure was quick, pain free and Dr Prashant played music as a great distraction! Thankyou for everything Dr Prashant. It has almost been life-changing for myself and my confidence.

I had a patch test for Arora’s IPL laser; I was sceptical about this process. But! WOW! I am really shocked at the results of just a patch test!! This wasn’t pain-free, and I didn’t expect these results. There was discolouration for the first 10 days, but this cleared up very quickly! I am Absolutely astonished at the result I have at the moment, and am confident that this will get better when I have my next treatment. I would certainly recommend having this done 👍🏽 thank you so much, Arora, for taking care of me while I had this treatment, and I am looking forward to coming back for my next treatment!!

When you ring up you are greeted with the most kind and caring staff that get you a quick appointment. Amazing staff and amazing service who have helped save mine and my boyfriends lives. This was because we was so depressed and they gave us so much care and helped us every step of the way with our wart outbreak.

Honest? Words cannot express the absolute joy of being able to be treated as a normal person. Professionalism is out of the field. It could NOT be better, and if my continued ongoing treatment is as first as the first visit, I would be so astounded, happy, and content. The VERY best in all aspects :)

Very efficient, and pleasant visit to Dr Jain, who was friendly and reassuring. Easy to find, plentiful parking and reasonable charge.

I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Dr. Will Anderson explained everything clearly and put me at ease from the consultation onwards. On the day, Damien greeted me by name (he’s definitely my “fairy godmother” of the day!) and made me feel welcome straight away. Joanna, my anaesthetist, and Piel in surgery were so friendly and reassuring, which kept me calm. When I woke up, Isabella was by my side, making sure I was comfortable and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond, and despite my anxiety, I felt completely supported. Highly recommend.
