I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I came for my monthly maintenance and tried the polynucleotide for the first time and the result was great. I was reluctant at first because I didn’t want the pain of the needle but she carefully put the numbing cream and voila! No more pain. That night, I saw immediately the result, my under eye puffiness and wrinkle has improved. It wasn’t as obvious as before would you believe! I cannot stop looking at my face and cannot wait for my 2nd injection. Also I had microneedling treatment as well and my face looks hydrated, smooth and younger looking. Thanks to Marlyn who’s tirelessly doing a great job making all her clients feel young, beautiful and attractive. Keep up the good work!

First in a program of three Polynuclear facial treatments. As a first for me I was a little apprehensive. No reason to be at all! Julie explained the entire procedure clearly and at length and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Minimal swelling and no bruising at all in what is a very delicate area around the eyes. Having the numbing cream applied beforehand and giving it time to work, there was no discomfort that wasn’t bearable. A care sheet was emailed to me that day . Once again… Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First visit to this clinic and had fantastic service from start to finish. I felt looked after and listened to. Treatment is great and the price is very competitive compared to my previous clinic. I’m booked in for my next session.
