Dr Raj is terrific, his demeanour immediately puts you at ease. Today was my second visit to this beautiful, clean and friendly clinic. After another very thorough consultation, medical history and giving consent my treatment commenced. I had Face tite with liposuction followed by Morpheus 8. Although the treatment sounded a little scary I didn’t feel any pain, the anaesthetic made sure of that. I can’t recommend Dr Raj enough. Nothing was too much trouble and his cheeky smile is a bonus.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
