I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I had skin treatment as I had a lot of lines on my forehead and the side of my eyes I was very pleased with the result I was so pleased I had made another appointment. I chose this clinic as I researched a lot of clinics and this was the one with the best reviews. My first impression of the clinic was staff was very professional and friendly. Not having used any clinics in the Whatclinic chain I was not knowing what to expect but from arriving at the clinic everything was first class. I was given specific instructions of how to find the entrance and once inside you could feel that there was a feeling that everything was of high quality. Although I arrived early I was seen straight away and made to feel welcome. The procedure was explained in great detail and I was asked if I had any questions. The procedure itself was done In a professional manner and was done without any problems. After the procedure, I was given instructions on what to do over the forthcoming 48-hours and also to make contact if there were any problems in the coming days. I would recommend anyone who needs any treatment to use the clinic as the whole experience was excellent and there was a friendly atmosphere.

I have radio frequency with Julie’s . She is a professional and lovely person who is very experienced at what she does. I highly recommend this treatment as it makes my face feel firmer and plumper . I also have a very small amount of fillers around the rim of my lips to bring them out . She does this so it’s natural and not in your face . Really pleased with all my treatments
