It was my first time visiting the skin-hub a couple of weeks ago for removal of blood spots & a couple of moles. I was very happy with my overall experience. I had a thorough consultation prior to treatment & was made to feel at ease as initially anxious about the treatment, there was absolutely no need for me to feel anxious as the treatment was painless and completed very quickly, no need for injections, dressings or stitches. Skin-hub provides a very safe, simple and effective technique for removing moles for cosmetic purposes, without the need for injections, scalpels, stitches, lasers or freezing. A small blunt needle the size of an eyelash cauterizes the mole tissue. This, in turn, forms the whole mole into a scab, which drops off at a later date. Moles which are raised enough to be held with tweezers can be removed by gentle strokes through the mole to both excise and cauterize at the same time. The price is £100 for the first mole and £50 for any subsequent moles removed. There are no hidden extra costs such as for any follow-up appointments if they are required.

Skin tags are generally very easy to remove. It does however depend on how big they are, where they are and how wide the attachment. Generally, quite a few can be removed in less than 5 minutes.When removed they will never grow back. New ones may appear over time, as they would anyway, but the removed ones are gone for good. As with all treatments at Skin-hub, there are no injections, lasers, freezing, scalpels or stitches.

I was kept informed completely and throughout, my practitioner was warm and welcoming and an absolute professional. The clinic was well kitted out and inviting and clinically spotless.
