I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. Dr Bong set my assurance by expanding on his background and years of experience both in the treatments he provides along with an insight into the training he delivers around the world. Dr Bong discusses what is best and most suitable to keep me looking fresh. He is professional and respectful and I feel completely safe in his care. I’ve had lots of compliments about how great I and my skin look - 10 years younger effect. Absolutely 100% recommend. His support team are also really lovely and super helpful with appointments when you have a busy diary like me. 😊

I am so very pleased with the results from my treatments carried out by Saria. I have had treatment to remove the frown lines above my nose; I had this done approximately 1 year ago. I also have had filler injections all around my mouth area which was very wrinkled. Now I feel so much better and happier about face. Thank you Saria.

A True Gem... Truly. Where do I even begin? Renee is not just incredibly talented at her craft, but she's an absolute gem of a person. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Her studio is beautiful, quaint and relaxing, and her artistry is truly exceptional. But what truly sets her apart, is her kindness and compassion. She listened attentively to my concerns and desires, and she clearly cared about making sure I was happy with the results, essentially, she simply cared about me. Her empathy and understanding was evident throughout the entire process and always has, and I felt and still feel, completely at ease in her capable hands. Beyond her incredible skills, Renee is simply an amazing person and this is no joke. She's beautiful, literally inside and out, I mean her stunning face and curly-wurly hair for a starters. She's intelligent, insightful, and has a wonderful sense of humor - we've had some right laughs! We could talk for hours about anything and everything, and I always walked away from our appointments feeling uplifted, inspired and with a smile on my face. So much so, I would speak about how beautiful of an experience I had, with my husband. If you're considering permanent makeup, I cannot recommend Renee HIGHLY enough. I can honestly say that Liz's care and treatment around my hormonal and HRT needs has been a lifesaver. She is empathic, really listens, spends the time to really understand your situation and prescribes according to your needs. It feels like a true clinician/ patient partnership rather than a doctor/ patient power dynamic. I have a great GP but having the hour to really talk about what is going on in my life and how this affects hormones is invaluable. I have been seeing Liz every 6 months for the past five years or so and can highly recommend her. She is kind and responsive both in person and by email. Thanks for all the help you have given me over the years!
