Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.
I sought out private medical treatment for what was diagnosed by my GP as an epidermal cyst located just below my jaw line on the left side of my face/neck area, which measured about 1 – 1.5 cm. Despite my GP being fantastic, the wait of 14 months to see the Dermatologist at the hospital was somewhat disconcerting. Having researched the internet and various private medical care suppliers, Dr Prashant instantly jumped out, especially with his excellent feedback and reviews. Initial contact was really easy and through a combination of telephone calls and exchanged WhatsApp messages, I was able to send some images over, get a full costing and be offered several appointments to best fit me. Dr Selvi is 100% gentle and caring, considering you very kindly and greatly. I have had two treatments, and a very large skin tag was removed on the edge of my eyelid. The scab came off on the 11th day and it was as if I didn't have a skin tag before. I came back for two milia to be removed. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. The treatment was perfect.
