I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. Violet was absolutely perfect—she was so attentive and personally involved in every step, ensuring that both of us were well taken care of throughout the process. She even attended the surgery to ensure there were no communication issues during the operation. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise. Both my daughter and I are thrilled with the results. We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

From the moment I stepped into his clinic, I felt at ease thanks to his friendly and professional team (Winky is awesome!) Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the dental sealants treatment process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed. His gentle approach and attention to detail made my dental procedure smooth and virtually painless. He genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being and goes the extra mile to provide the best possible care. The clinic is also conveniently situated in Causeway Bay, just a two-minute walk from Exit F1 of the Causeway Bay MTR station. I met Dr Yareli Canizales in Nov of 2024 as I was having issues with my front bridge which was just over 30 years old. I immediately felt comfortable and at home with all the friendly staff. Dr. Yareli’s consult set me at ease, and we made an appointment for Jan 2025 as I live in Canada, and was coming down again for a longer stay. I had a new 8 tooth Bridge replaced and 2 root canals I never felt any pain! They were awesome! I just love my new smile! Thank you… see you again when I return.

My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle, she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone. Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me.
