Very efficient. The dental office is on the 2F under a jewellery shop - it’s clean, comfortable and very pleasant. I went for a cleaning. The staff is wonderful and spoke English! The Dr and Hygienist were professional and thorough. In and out in under 1 hour. Would highly recommend the dental clinic in Saigon.

I last visited a dentist in Vietnam in 2019, and I found the service, quality of work, and professionalism were at a higher level than in New Zealand. The surgeon and his team were outstanding. Can't wait to go back as soon as things go back to normal.

I booked everything prior to my trip from United States to Hanoi. They were Great start to finish and very informative. Price was great. I wanted 3 canine gold crowns and they exceeded my expectations.

I live in New Zealand and made contact with Smart Dental over the internet in August 2025. At that time, I had no teeth and wore dentures. I flew to Hanoi in early October and returned home 10 days later with a full set of beautiful, full-functioning teeth that look so natural. I had a lot of fear and anxiety travelling to another country to have such major Dental treatment done, and plenty of people advised me not to. I am so happy I did, the Smart Dental team did everything that was advertised to me. They guided me from start to finish, provided me with beautiful accommodation, and took me wherever I wanted to visit when I had no appointment. At every step, they explained in detail what would happen and answered all my questions. As far as the treatment itself went, NO PAIN at all, the Clinic was next level with the best equipment. The staff were outstanding. The surgeons are perfectionists and so professional and skilful. They studied my X-rays and 3d scan and came up with the best solution for my personal situation, which cost a little more, but they explained in detail why I needed to up the ante a bit. The extra cost was not much more. The clinic staff were all wonderful, and after my brief time there, they all became my friends. They were always very friendly and super concerned for my well-being. After I flew home, they kept in constant contact with me to see that I was ok and that I had no problems. I have been home for 1 month and have had no issues. I am so happy with the results and can't thank Smart Dental enough. They changed my life, and I am actively promoting them to everyone I know. A big thanks to Minh Ahn, who is my contact person and helped me throughout this whole journey. I can't wait for my return trip when I will have my final check-up and have my permanent teeth fitted. It will be nice to see all my new friends again and to experience more of their beautiful country.

The people here were very professional and honest. For the treatment I wanted, they determined that they would not be able to help me, or if they did, for what I wanted the results would have been short term. I appreciated their honesty. No charge for the consultation either. Good, honest people!

Best dental treatment ever! I made an appointment for a front cavity issue and it was filled and matched perfectly 500kvtd. The x-ray and CT scan showed EVERYTHING! I think that was 300k. Then my teeth were cleaned.. With no scraping tools and no pain... High-pressure water I think... 250k I think. They made a treatment plan for several other issues. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The technology and equipment used were the very best I've seen
