I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need. If you’ve ever heard of medical tourism, it’s an extremely common and highly reputable service if you know quality companies and Esthetic Dent is one of them.

I'm from Germany and am an expat in Rio and Dr. Rowan was recommended to me by a friend. I went to his practice because I'm having quick tooth discolouration for unknown reasons. Dr. Rowan removed all discoloration and we discussed potential sources for the recurrent issue (chromogenic bacteria) and also potential plans to get rid of these bacteria longterm. He is a very educated and knowledgeable doctor and I'm very glad that I have found him!

She was available by email and text to answer all my questions and address every concern. She organised the shuttle service; the driver went above and beyond to deliver us and our luggage to the clinic and hotel.
