Amazing!! And that's an understatement. Everyone from Geovanna who I was in first contact with to Sergio who dropped me off at the airport was top notch professionals and extremely pleasant. The Drs did an amazing job getting my smile back. Without even noticing it I was self-conscious of my smile having used tobacco for 30+ years. They guided me to the best product for me, which was actually cheaper than what we initially agreed on, a sign of an excellent healthcare practice. It was definitely less painful than I thought it would be and did a great job with local anaesthesia, I'm a huge tooth pain wimp. From start to finish could not imagine a better experience. I will be referring my friends, family and patients to use them. I go back in 6 months for the permanent teeth and really looking forward to it. Thanks.

I was able to book my appt. with ease from California. Dr. Rowan was quick to reply, clear on payment est. and worked with the timeline I had in mind. Dr. Rowan confirmed my appt., got straight to work on my night guard and whitening trays, great chairside manner. Went in on Monday and all three trays were ready in three days. Dr. Rowan is the only dentist I will use going forward.

Highly Recommended! I learned a valuable lesson in what good dental care looks like through Best Dentist Mexico by Circle Dental Group! When my daughter first told me that she wanted to go Mexico for dental work I was against it. Although I didn’t have any real information about it, I was concerned about her personal safety and potentially shoddy work on her teeth. Well, did I learn a lesson! After doing her research she selected Circle Dental Group and asked me to come with her. I am so impressed with the clinic, the dentists, and all the staff!! The clinic has some of the best technology I have ever seen and is clean as a whistle. The doctors are well trained and Dr. Jimenez has 20+ years of experience with implants and crowns. The staff are professional and friendly and will go out of their way to help. The free shuttle is a great amenity and saved us time and money in getting to and from the airport and from the hotel to the clinic. And I felt safe walking around town! We were never bothered by panhandlers and the sidewalk vendors respected our space and were not rude. The townspeople we met were friendly and helpful. And there was security present around town, in various places. My daughter is thrilled with her new smile and I am happy! And now I am referring my friends to Circle Dental as well!

Without me asking, they decided to remake it because they wanted it to look and fit perfectly, that would’ve never happened in the US lol, the issue wasn’t even their fault; it was the lab’s mistake. That kind of commitment to quality and patient care is rare, and my experience is nonexistent in the US. The clinic is very clean, and they accept credit cards, which is great. It’s also a family-owned business, which I appreciate because they take real responsibility for their work. If something ever goes wrong, you’re dealing with people who genuinely care—not a faceless corporation. During my visits, I met many other patients from the U.S., some of them flew in all the way from the Northeast just to get their dental work done here. It’s not just about lower prices (though the savings are great). The quality is top-notch. For example, the implant I received was done with the same brand and model they use in the U.S., all of their fillings as well, but with more care and attention. The lower price comes down to factors like fewer middlemen, their education is not as expensive, but it is as good if not better, no insurance company taken a cut and lower operational costs—not a drop in quality. We were searching for a dental office we could trust long-term, and Novadent is exactly that. If you’re considering going, I highly recommend it. You’ll get excellent care, honest treatment, and great value. My wife and I had a fantastic experience, and I’ve already recommended Novadent to several people. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to go for it—you won’t regret it!
