Hello! I would like to leave a review and sincerely thank the entire team at the clinic. On 14.06.2026, I had a combined surgery: rhinoplasty and double chin liposuction. From the very first step, I was surrounded by care. The receptionists are incredibly professional, the doctors are true magicians and masters of their craft, and the nurses provided exceptional care at the highest level. Regrettably, I don't know everyone by name, but I want to say a huge thank you to the entire staff for their warmth, support, and for making my post-operative recovery so comfortable. I had my eyelids and my mid-face lift done at this clinic in July 2025. It’s been only three and a half months, but I already LOVE the results! Dr.Keiran was fantastic in explaining everything prior to my surgery, which was very important to me to feel comfortable with my decision. The staff was great and the clinic is super clean with lots of light and air. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has decided to do their plastic surgery.

For years I wanted to get liposuction type surgery I came across the Auralia Clinic on the internet. I sent some emails to require some more detailed information the coordinator was very helpful giving me truthful facts. The coordinator made a free consultation appointment where I met the surgeon this was a very positive experience. On the day of the surgery, I was a little bit nervous The staff at the Auralia Clinic are brilliant they reassure you as a patient making you feel welcome, the clinic staff are very professional and trained at their work. The nurses are excellent pre- and post of your surgery. The surgeon was brilliant with my procedure I was delighted with my experience at the clinic. I would very highly recommend The Auralia Clinic I am delighted I achieved my lifelong positive goal as wanted to get this done for many years. The aftercare was brilliant making sure you as a patient was recovering well. I would like to say a big Thank you to Auralia Clinic staff for a positive experience achieving my goal.

I recently had an online consultation with Dr Roberto Herrero and his international patient coordinator, Aida, regarding Facial Feminisation Surgery, and I came away with a genuinely positive impression of both of them. From the beginning, they were welcoming, friendly, and fully engaged throughout the consultation. They gave me plenty of time to explain my goals, concerns, and expectations, and every question I asked was answered in detail with clear explanations and medical reasoning. What impressed me the most was that neither Dr Herrero nor Aida tried to sell me additional procedures. In fact, Dr. Herrero advised against several procedures that had been recommended by other surgeons because, in his opinion, they would provide limited benefit while exposing me to unnecessary risks and potential long-term complications. He carefully explained the reasoning behind each recommendation, discussing healing timelines, possible complications, and even issues that can arise years after surgery and may require complex revision procedures. Another aspect that really stood out was Dr Herrero's strong focus on patient safety. Every recommendation seemed to be made with my long-term well-being in mind rather than simply trying to achieve the biggest possible transformation or perform as many procedures as possible. That thoughtful, conservative approach gave me a great deal of confidence. Aida was equally wonderful throughout the process. She was kind, patient, transparent, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Instead, she encouraged me to take as much time as I needed, reassured me that I was welcome to ask further questions at any stage, and made me feel genuinely supported. I left the consultation feeling heard, respected, well informed, and, most importantly, safe. For full transparency, my experience so far is limited to the consultation stage, so I cannot yet comment on the surgery itself or the postoperative care. However, based on my experience so far, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Herrero and Aida to anyone looking for an honest, patient-centred, and safety-focused consultation. I am genuinely looking forward to continuing the process with them.

He made me feel instantly at ease. My surgery was performed at the Clinica Cirúrgica de Carcavelos The entire staff, from the floor nurses and assistants to the surgical team (including Dr.Tatiana) was suburb. My subsequent follow up consultations with Dr, Júlio have been excellent. I am very happy with my results. Dr. Júlio is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but a compassionate and empathetic man.
