Finally, I found dr Osadowska clinic and I went for it I was totally totally amazed by them, Many many thanks to All of the team they made me feel so comfortable From the Boss , Doctor and Receptionist Every single person helped and was so kind Very Modern well-equipped clinic It’s been 2 weeks and I'm feeling very good. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I went to Allmedica, Nowy Targ, Poland in March 2024 for a total knee replacement. From the moment of enquiry, I was gently guided through the process by the professional team there. It was all so easy...and very affordable. It is now almost 5 weeks later and I'm already walking without aid and am far more comfortable than before. I want to send my thanks to everyone involved in ending the pain I've lived with for the past 4 years. If I had waited for a local hospital to do the operation I would have had at least another year of pain and, if it was anything like when I had my first knee done - I would still be learning how to use crutches! Special thanks go to Beatta for organising everything; Oskar for being the most professional, organised, friendly and efficient host; the nurses who tended to me night and day while in the hospital; the doctors and surgery teams; and to Gorsia for the daily physio regimen. I'm a new man!

I recently underwent a breast reduction and uplift by Dr Adam after many years of struggling with every issue you can think of related to having large breasts. After researching this clinic and recommendation from a friend I took the plunge. The service and care provided was fantastic from start to finish and delivered in an immaculate clinic setting. As a senior NHS worker I know you would not get the same level of aftercare and support in the UK. Nurse Elizabeth dressed my wounds daily for a full week following my op, there was little or no waiting time for my wounds to be dressed and she always made sure I had adequate pain relief (although pain was minimal) she offered sound advice and tailored my care to my individual needs. Anyone considering cosmetic surgery I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

Excellent clinic. Doctor was very professional and courteous. Explained the procedure and what to expect. Good after care products and contact. Would definitely use it again without hesitation.
