From my first contact with Jacob, everything was explained clearly, including communication and setting realistic expectations. I booked my flight and provided a copy so they could arrange my pickup, which went smoothly as well. Upon arrival, I was taken directly to the hospital, where I stayed for 4 days before moving to a hotel for two. They took photos, conducted blood tests, an ECG, and other necessary preparations. Although my surgery took a bit longer than expected, I was able to communicate with home via WhatsApp in the evenings. My room was very clean with its own bathroom, and the staff were all awesome. There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but they promptly tried to fix it, and I managed by leaving the door and window open. I underwent arm lift surgery and saddle liposuction because I didn't want bra bulges. I chose this clinic because they suggested addressing my arms first due to my lymphedema issues, which was reassuring compared to horror stories I've heard where clinics agree to everything without caution. I received good pain relief, food, bottled water, and juice cartons. The value was good, and I had plenty of check-ups. The night before my departure, I received a prescription, conveniently located a few doors down, and was taken to the airport the next morning. The hotel was fine, and I even managed a trip to the nearby mall by taxi, which was relaxing. When I inquired about having my legs done, they advised waiting 8 to 10 months, which was sensible. Adele provided aftercare instructions, including when to remove dressings, and assured me of their availability for any needs. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. I plan to return for further treatment.

I went for upper and lower blepharoplasty at this Clinic with Dr Görkem. The communication before and after has been fantastic- regular check ins before and afterward, Also answering all my questions before surgery in full detail. The transfers ran smoothly and efficiently. All the staff were supportive, friendly and very professional making me feel calm and relaxed at all times. The hospital was very accommodating and 5 star spotless. From start to finish my experience and surgery was a 100% positive and they really do take care of everything. I have just arrived home from ANTALYA, I had a breast uplift and breast implants with AYT CLINIC. From the beginning talking with Asli on WhatsApp the experience has been phenomenal. Asli has been so helpful in giving me all the information I need, she has been there every step of the way with me. He listened to me and also gave me his recommendations. He is such a lovely man and has also been there for me every step of the way. He even made a special trip to my hotel on his day off work to remove my drains for me as I was finding them uncomfortable. He is very professional and I would 100% be returning to him in the future if I decide on any more cosmetic procedures I wouldn’t go to anybody else. My follow-up appointment with Dr Mehmet the day before I flew home was very in-depth, I felt so safe and secure and I trusted him 100%. He made me feel at ease from the moment I met him. I am now home back with my children and I’m so happy with my results, Asli has contacted me to check I am okay which is amazing, the aftercare is still amazing even though I am now back home. Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I liaised with Kara from start to finish she was fantastic and super helpful. Recommend Dr Burak, he has a great bedside manner and made me feel at ease immediately.

I was very impressed with how clean the tidy the hospital was, also how well I was looked after by the surgeons, staff and nurses. Every detail of your experience is taken care of because you will have one dedicated person to oversee your experience from collection at the airport, transport to your hotel and to hospital. It is hard to put in to words how afraid I was travelling by myself to have surgery in another country. Your dedicated person, in my case this was Cihan, completely understood this and ensured I did not feel alone. He spoke English beautifully and was always there to answer any questions. There are very few clinics left that you can trust. One of them is JFS. I congratulate the founder, doctors, and employees for their ethical behaviour. Many of my friends had surgery in Turkey. I was going to give up going when I heard about their bad experiences. Later, I made my decision with courage. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Izmir is wonderful, sunny weather, sea. After the surgery, I said that I wanted to take a tour of the Virgin Mary in Ephesus. They organised it immediately. Thank you for everything.

Brilliant clinic from start to finish. Our lovely Daria looked after me exceptionally well. Going abroad for surgery can be overwhelming, but Daria made me feel at ease every step of the way—from meeting me at the airport and welcoming my family to attending all my appointments and being just a phone call away if I had any worries or questions. My surgeon spoke excellent English and remained a point of contact well after my surgery, which was very reassuring. The results are amazing, and I couldn't be happier.
