Dr Aldo and his team of nurses were excellent. Everyone at his clinic treated me very well. I saved over half the cost for my treatments (gyno, lipo of the belly, laser eye treatment, Microdermabrasion and Botulinum treatment ) than what I would have paid in the US. If having gyno done for a man make sure and bring your own compression garment. Dr. Aldo and his nurses were very accessible and answered all my questions. I would use their services again. If on a budget I recommend staying the first few nights at Casa Mexicana hotel since it is in walking distance to the clinic. The hotel is reasonable and has a nice breakfast buffet.

Visited the Clinic and had a mole removal treatment. The receptionist and doctor seen were professional and polite, and I had the receptionist present as a translator for clarity on consultation. Great value for money, I would recommend Clinica Mejorate

I had a full facelift with upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow endoscopy, fat transfer from under the chin to the lip area and the tip of my nose and flare reduced. It cost roughly 14 000. CAD or 10 000USD I stayed across the street from both the OAS office and less than a block from the surgery clinic. Face lifts take much longer to heal than other surgeries due to the muscles, nerves and veins of the face. I stayed for 10 days to have stitches removed and ultrasound treatments. I am very happy with my results. I am very happy with my surgeon. His bedside manner and skill and all the staff that assisted me in my recovery.

I made appointments with 3 surgeons in Barcelona for a tummy tuck, lipo and body lift. After having a gastric bypass 6 years ago, I had lost a large amount of weight, and although not at target, I wanted the surgery. The first 2 surgeons said, that what I wanted was possible without a problem. My third appointment was with Dr Sebastian Rosell at IM Clinic. He explained so much more to me than the previous 2 surgeons, drawing diagrams etc, and basically said, what I wanted wasn't possible yet, because I have quite a lot of visceral fat which cannot be cut away and the rebuilding of the muscles wouldn't get rid of the extended stomach wall. Although I was extremely disappointed to hear this, it made me realise that Dr. Rosell isn't just in this for the money, he truly cares about his patients and wants them to be happy with their results, which, in my opinion, is worth a lot more than just going under the knife for something which can't yet be achieved. He has explained what I need to do, so, now I have an achievable goal to aim for, so watch this space Dr. Rosell, you will see me again in the not too distant future, and I will get the results you promised.
