Dr Wael is the best dentist he is very caring, professional and very well mannered. I have been to many other dentists but I did not see anybody like Dr Wael. I would recommend him anytime. Thank you doctor for everything.

There are not enough words to describe the most amazing and wonderful experience that I have ever had in any dental office or in dealing with any dental surgeon, as my experience with Dr. Armenta. I have had dental issues since I was a child, been to many dentists and surgeons in various countries. In 2017 I was told that I had to have all of my teeth taken out. Being in my '50's I was not prepared to have dentures. Living in Canada, I could not afford to do all implants. And so began our research and quest for someone in Mexico. My husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta and saw several surgeons and dentists, Dr. Armenta being the last one of the day. After having a scan done and talking to Dr Armenta for a couple of hours, both my husband and I said that there was no one else that we would use. By the time the consultation was done, I knew that it did not matter whether I had 20 million dollars or 2,000 dollars. He was the only one that I would ever trust to do the extensive work that was required. The only person that I would trust to do something that could alter my facial appearance. I returned in 2018. I had an 11 hour surgery where Dr. Armenta's office pretty much turned into an operating room. The most amazing anesthesiologist was there, Dr. Felipe Robles. From the time that I sat in that chair for the surgery, I don't think that I have ever felt any safer than I felt that day. And trust me, I have had so many oral surgeries that I have lost count. all of my teeth were removed. I had 15 implants in total put in top and bottom, bone grafting done both top and bottom and sinus lift surgery on both sides. I was stitched from one side of my mouth to the other, again top and bottom. Dr Felipe was the one who gave me the required medication. When my eyes opened, as of that time on, not one drop of blood came out of my mouth. I was prescribed strong pain killers should I need them, but I can honestly tell you, that i never took one of the strong painkillers. Dr. Armenta worked tirelessly with me. I was there for a month. When Dr. Armenta said that if need be, he would be working with me into the night, he was not kidding. There was no "its 5 p.m. and time to go home". There were some late nights and he looked exhausted, but he would not leave until he had it just perfect. I had not been able to chew a steak in over 30 years. Before I returned home, I chewed my first steak with my temporary prosthesis and for the first time in many years, I realised why I had the digestive issues that I had. I was able to chew a piece of meat into almost nothing. I no longer have migraines, my digestive issues have almost disappeared and for the first time in so many years, I no longer put my hand in front of my mouth to cover my smile or my laughter. After the surgery in 2018, when I came back to Canada, people that knew me could not believe the difference in my face. People were telling me and still tell me that I looked / look 10 years younger. I went back for the second part of the procedure, which was to put in the final prosthesis in 2019. Today, I look at photos of 2017 and the photos of today and I am SO proud of my smile and my face as it looks now. Between Dr. Felipe who was so incredibly amazing, knowledgeable and again, gave me the perfect combination of medications (I would never do any kind of surgery, especially dental like this without anesthesia) and Dr. Armenta, who is very much a perfectionist as I came to learn after hours of sitting in his chair and am so greatful for, I honestly don't have enough words to express my gratitude. I will never be able to describe in words the difference that he has made in my life. It is now 2023, I have had zero issues, been for some check ups with dentists in Canada who have all remarked that they have not seen work like this very often. Dr. Armenta, I say it every time that I come and see you and I am saying it again, you honestly gave me an amazing gift and I will never, ever forget all that you did and continue to do for me.

I contacted Mr Street, who is the owner of Cray Dental Studio, I contacted them 17 years ago, and I went to Mr Street for a replacement top denture. It was the best one I ever had, so on the off chance I contacted them again, and to my delight found that Mr. Street was still there. This time I required top and bottom part dentures. Mr Street is an artist and the best dental mechanic I know by a mile. The whole process did not take very long and very soon I had my new dentures I had to go back for a small problem on my top denture, which was sorted with no problem. If you want the best you have to pay for it, but I didn’t think the charges were over-exorbitant. Mr street keeps his practice immaculate, and the first impression is first class. As I said Mr. Street is a brilliant dental mechanic and has honed his skills over 40 years. If I ever do need another denture, without a doubt I would go back to my street without giving it a second thought.

Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant dental experience I especially recommend a visit from those of a nervous disposition because you will not regret it. Gene, Linda and Sue, make going to "The Dentist" a pleasurable experience. I called the first time after my implant supported dentures broke into several pieces. Linda got me in in one day, Gene scratched his head and pondered for a few minutes, then thinking outside the box he built me a beautiful set of chompers. I could eat corn on the cob and bite into an apple. All the staff and Gene are very friendly and efficient. I will recommend ABDC to all.

I was visiting Florence, from America. We took a Vespa tour outside the city and I skidded on rocks and smashed my face on the road breaking two of my front teeth. I contacted Dr Floria that afternoon. He emailed me right back asked me for a photo of the teeth and said he could see me the following day at 9 am. He had come in on his day off and took care of me without an assistant. He was wonderful. I was leaving Florence for Rome the following day so the plan we made was a temporary one to get me home. I was happy with the result and am able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I am so grateful I found Dr Floria and would highly recommend him.

I cannot thank the Cathedral Dental practice enough. I had suffered 6 months of pain in two of my teeth. My local dentist did not want to take the risk of taking these out through concerns of complications. The cathedral practice fitted me in within three days. So very friendly which put me at my ease. Very informative and can honestly say no pain at all. I felt the price was very reasonable too. Lewis was in reception and was so cheerful I asked him to ring me every morning to set me up for the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am a very happy person.
