Cosmetic Dentist Consultation Costa Rica

I saw Dr. Urzola in April of 2025 (this year as I type). I can not say enough good things about him or his team or the level of organisation and care received. They have the perfect set-up for patients travelling to see them. Our time there, went off without a hitch. As for the actual dental care, Dr. Urzola was very careful to spend time explaining everything being done and answering questions. He was very patient and caring. This is a first-class operation from the top to the bottom. Absolutely no regrets and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks. After an accident, I was left with a mess. After years of dental procedures and problems of nearly every kind, I was down to 9 teeth and no molars. Dr. Urzola extracted the remaining 9 and installed 12 implants, 6 up and 6 down. It took several days for me to recover enough to be fitted with full acrylic arches but all went well. The arches look amazing and everything is healing well, now two months out. I plan to upgrade from the acrylic to zirconia in a few months. Looking forward to returning to Costa Rica. Make no mistake, though, this is serious work and, under the wrong circumstances, would be very, very painful. Dr. Urzola and his team worked very hard to make sure I had what I needed to mitigate any major discomfort. Yes, after surgery it still hurt some and, yes, there was discomfort, but all of that was to be expected, was expected and was managed. So thankful for finding Dr. Urzola and his team. Such a blessing!

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

Everything about this experience was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern and everything u would expect. This experience was amazing. People were beyond professional. I would go back anytime.

Well, it been a year since I had my dental work completed and my husband and I are 💯 percent happy. As I said in my previous review, “best choice, ever.” You’ll find that group have the best “chair side manner.” And yes, I still ❤️ my SMILE!!!
