Very nice clinic. Clean, hygienic, yet inviting and warm. The staff is professional and gives excellent service. I visited in July, and I am looking forward to returning in November. Doctor Mehmet Köse is one of two dentists I have ever managed to trust. He is calm and professional, as well as exceptionally proficient.

Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I got two zirconium crowns on my front two upper teeth during spring break 2023. Cad-Cam got the whole process done in 24 hours. My dentist in Houston wanted $2,300 for the two crowns…Cad-Cam charged $700 for two. As always, the question is, ”is the quality the same?” Or “Are the dentist qualified?” And “is it safe to go there.” The answer is yes for all three. My only concern is if one of the crowns come loose, would they fix it?? In the US…the dentist has fto ix errors. Cad/Cam told me the work is guaranteed so I hope they are true to their word. By the way, I flew from Houston to Harlingen, rented a car, stayed overnight in Welesco, Tx and still came out way ahead.

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

Very impressive is the word I chose. So impressive with the entire operation. From the start to the final walkout. I'm from the US, I called and made the appointment, and they suggested several hotels or a meeting place. The driver called me to let me know he was on the way, very friendly and opened the doors. The staff greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. Then I was called to see the dentist. Again so impressive, she took her time going over the procedure, stated it was going to take some additional hours for my first set of dentures, and in the meantime, a driver would take me to the mall for lunch, which he came back to pick me back up and back to my appointment. Everything fit well. He took us back to the hotel and waited for the final dentures. The driver picked us up, the dentist made adjustments and said if I had any issues it would be a lifetime guarantee. I had a small issue which I called, they picked me up adjustments were made. Made a new upper denture. Fit much tighter & they look great. Fit well, look good. Much cheaper than in the US.

I’ve just returned to the uk after having 12 crowns top and 10 crowns bottom. The treatment was absolutely first class. Extremely professional from start to finish. It was an absolute delight to have Dr Canan Sonmez work on my teeth. She made the process so simple, answered all my questions and took on board my ideas on how I wanted my teeth to look. If anyone is serious about having their teeth done in Turkey, then Panoramik is without doubt the place to go. 10/10.

I arrived 20 minutes early due to my high pain level and they immediately started the appointment process. The front desk staff, Laura, was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
