I am impressed about Dr Ciara, so nice and kind person, very gentle and did an amazing job, my front teeth reconstruction is just perfect! I’ve already booked a few appointments more with her to improve my other teeth appearance what was done by another dentist. The prices are really reasonable and all team is lovely, I mean girl at the reception and dr Ciara helper. Highly recommended.

I was impressed as I walked into that high class looking clinic. The staff is very professional and Dr. Pena is a sweetheart and he is true to his work and patients. Dr. Pena made the procedure of my upper and lower bridges with 6 and 4 implants look natural and pain-free. I went to Dr Martin Pelcman to have a crown replaced. I was very pleased with the doctor, his personal and professional demeanour. I felt the service was a good value and would definitely recommend him. I choose this clinic as many others were pleased with it. The staff were very welcoming, the was clinic clean and modern. At the initial visit, doctor verified that the crown did need replacing, then scheduled an appointment the next day for tooth preparation. Different from the US is that it took an additional three visits to the lab to complete the crown. I am very pleased with the results.

As someone who has always struggled with smiling confidently and brightly, I can truly say this place deserved 5 stars. If you live outside Egypt and are scared to gamble with your teeth, I can personally reassure you that you will not regret coming here. The staff- from the receptionists to the doctors- are all incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. Before travelling from London to Egypt, I spent 2 months communicating with Dr Alhassan, who answered all my questions and always clearly informed me of the risks associated with each procedure. For reference, I needed 2 dental implants, veneers, and teeth whitening. The doctor was able to do this in under 3 days, was very professional and showed me x-rays, and reassured me every step of the way. A special thanks to Dr Alhassan and Dr Mark and all the staff that helped for truly allowing my smile to shine for the first time. 10/10 service, 10/10 results and I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Tabassum was a lovely lady put me at ease and her assistant was lovely as well, the doctor was very helpful. I had 9 teeth out and a denture made very reasonable much cheaper than England. I had very good treatment at SmilePro and the staff was brilliant.

Visited Hubert Gomes and had treatment in February this year, 2023 . I visited before in 2016 and was extremely pleased with the result. That's why I visited again. This time I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns. And again I am extremely pleased with the result. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, they are also very knowledgeable. There was no pain at all. They explained everything in detail. The price was a fraction of what I would have paid in the UK. I can thoroughly recommend This Dental Clinic. I will be back if I need anything else done and will recommend to all my friends. As I did this time with my brother-in-law, from Australia, having extended work done. He is also very very pleased.

I didn't like my smile and had always been self-conscious from a child, covering my mouth when I smiled. I'm 51 now and had the money to sort my teeth out. I went to Kenkre expecting to have porcelain veneers top and bottom, but because of my bite, Dr Shilpa said they wouldn't last, (my top teeth would end up taking the bottom veneers off and vice versa), although she did say she would do it. She recommended I had crowns top and bottom but my front two top teeth didn't have strong enough roots. In the end, it was decided, (with a consultant involved too), that I should have two implants and 4 crowns at the top and 6 veneers on the bottom. I had two visits before anything happened to agree on the treatment and have an X-ray for bone density. The first visit involved 1.5 hours for 4 root canals. The second visit was the two implants and grinding the bottom teeth ready for crowns and some temporary teeth fitted, (which looked great by the way). This visit lasted 5.5 hours but was necessary to fit in with my flights. Six days later I went to get my teeth fitted and the temporaries were taken off. This lasted about an hour and when the teeth were fitted it was amazing - I couldn't believe it. I'd got the teeth I should have had. Don't think twice - have the treatment! It's pain-free and Dr Shilpa spoke excellent English and communicated with me constantly. It was a third of the price in England. My teeth look very natural. It's a very professional practice that obviously is focussed on the customer from start to finish. I did a lot of research before I went and felt that Dr Shilpa at Kenkre Dental was the one dentist who seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. I travelled 40 minutes there and back to see her, but it was well worth the journey as the prices were cheaper than those dentists in Candolim or Calangute. A week after the treatment there was swelling at the implant area but this is the natural healing process and it subsides after 2 weeks. It's about 1/4 of the price in England. I did my research in England and contacted various clinics around the Candolin/Calangute area but felt a connection with Dr Shilpa who understood what I wanted and sent me pictures and reviews from past patients. The clinic was hard to find, on the first floor of a block of units. I took a taxi and had to get the driver to call her to give directions. The taxi isn't expensive from Calangute, (£12 return approx), and the driver waited for me, (even on the 5.5 hour visit!). When I first met Dr Shilpa, (with my husband), I knew immediately that I'd made the right choice. She was so professional and the surgery was clean. She was obviously well educated in her field. There was no awkwardness with money as I paid at the end of the treatment. She didn't try to up-sell and even did a scale and polish on my husband - with no charge which is unusual in India when everyone appears to be wanting you to part with your cash! She even said that she'd prefer to split the treatment into two visits, ie a visit, say, 6 months later but I didn't want this so she said she'd do the 5.5 hours on the Saturday to accommodate. She still messages me now to ask how I'm getting on. Very caring and lovely lady who I have total trust and faith in that she will do an excellent job for you. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her practise and will definitely go again for any further treatment I may need. Thank you, Dr Shilpa, for making me smile!
