I am an extremely nervous patient yet every time I’ve been to either the hygienist or the dentist they have always put me at ease. I now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned by Fiona my hygienist, and as for my six monthly check-ups with Daniel, I have no problem or fear with him. I trust both of them to help keep my mouth in tip-top condition.

The clinic was spotlessly clean and Covid-19 compliant. My appointment was on the exact time and the hygienist Nicola Mottram was as thorough, professional and friendly as ever.

I had broken my tooth in a fall. Came to see Nikhil, not feeling very optimistic and he fixed it! It looks as good as new and no one can even tell which tooth was broken! Amazing!

Two fillings required. All staff are kind, friendly and caring as soon as you enter the practice. Throughout the procedure I am included in conversations with the dentist and dentist nurses. The atmosphere is relaxed and controlled. The dentist tells me throughout the procedure what she is doing. I have no complaints and it is value for money.

Visited the dentist today, had an excellent experience! Dr Shetye and Nurse Rukhsar were very proficient, professional, kind and caring! Pain-free seamless experience! Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming, all working very hard in these trying times. All COVID safety measures implemented. I felt very safe and reassured! Beech Lane Dental is close to home, so I had my fillings done there. It’s a nice clinic and I’m happy with the results. I was given a price at the consultation and didn’t have to return for follow-ups. I think everyone I know already has their own dentist, but I’d recommend Beech Lane to others in need of treatment. A trip to the dentist can be a rather traumatic experience, but I’d give them 4 stars.

I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.
