Rothley Lodge Dental Surgery

Just prior to Christmas, I broke a tooth, and not realising the week between Xmas and NY was only for emergencies and the on-duty clients of the dentist (Ms Fionnuala Lyons), I booked in for treatment. Both Fionnuala and her nursing assistant (Gemma), were first class. What exceptional service I received, from initial diagnostics coupled with the ability to build a porcelain crown same day, was beyond my expectations (although there were underlying reasons). I cannot thank the surgery enough. It is understood that Fionnuala does her best work when singing along to the background music, her Irish tones dwarfing those coming through the amplifier (I knew I was in safe hands!), but she didn't appreciate the extra mile these two ladies took to remedy my issue. Rothley Lodge Dental Practice have once again surpassed my expectations after 37 years of looking after me. Congratulations to you both, and the wonderful reception staff who made this all possible.

I was very nervous before my hygienist appointment, but Khalid was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I sat down, he was kind, caring and so understanding. He kept checking on me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which really helped me relax. His calm and gentle approach completely eased my worries and made what I thought would be a stressful experience actually feel positive. I left feeling genuinely grateful for the care I received. I visited Aimin for the first time last week for dental hygiene treatment. She was amazing and provided first-class treatment. Aimin was very gentle and very thorough, taking great care with her work and explaining everything as she went along. She also gave me some great tips for future care.

Last Friday, I had a very thorough teeth and gum cleaning from Aimon, the hygienist. She gave helpful advice about keeping gums and teeth as free as possible from plaque and bacteria. She explained mouth hygiene was especially important for people like me with a heart pacemaker. I have already booked my next appointment with her. I have been with this dental practice for over 25 years.

I recently had some big dental work done. I decided for peace of mind, it was worth me travelling up from the south coast to see Simon and his team and I am glad I did. They are all excellent at what they do, put you at ease and I felt completely confident in the great job they did. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nikhil Misra highly enough! He was absolutely amazing with my 14 year old patient, kind, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain everything, ensuring she felt as comfortable as possible.

A special mention also to the wonderful nurse (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name), who held my daughter’s hand and wiped her tears with such care and compassion. I have never met a more caring and understanding dental team. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

First time visiting today, embarrassed that had not visited a Dentist for many years after a very bad experience at another Dentist. I was very nervous walking through the door but everyone from the Receptionist to the Dentist were so friendly and reassuring. My appointment was with Hannah Wilkins, who was so lovely and made me feel very calm. I am very pleased that I made that step of making an appointment, I am not feeling half as nervous to attend my appointment with the Hygienist and treatment with Hannah in a few weeks. The ladies at Reception were very friendly and helpful in accommodating me with appointments that fit into my work schedule,

I found it needed a crown at an emergency appointment this afternoon.
It was prepped, produced and fitted within a couple of hours. The service was friendly and professional, and my mouth is a good deal more comfortable than it's been for months!

I am pleased with the final result! It took me a while to decide to have first the Invisalign and then the comestic composite bonding. I now feel more confident. Simon Chard answered all my questions throughout the treatment.

When I rung with queries, Martina would pass on any concerns and Simon would answer them within the day.
