I've been at this practice for around a year and in that time have had root canals, extractions and appointments with the hygienist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Every single member of the team is professional, caring and friendly. They all clearly love their jobs and work seamlessly together. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental nurses are absolutely brilliant and the reception team and approachable, kind and friendly. The perfect dental practice for nervous patients. Worth every penny. My son and I were stranded in Shropshire for 7 months and during this time his current brace (fitted in Asia) completely broke and forced one tooth almost on top of another. We were found an emergency appointment and I can only say the entire experience was outstanding. Within a month a new brace was made and fitted and the tooth moved back in place. The follow-up appointments were fantastic with the teeth moving much faster than with our usual orthodontist. All staff were friendly, efficient and kind. All procedures were fully explained to myself and my son. I would highly recommend this Orthodontic Clinic.
