A Wonderful Experience at Oaks Dental Practice I had an amazing experience at Oaks Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made me feel at ease right away. I went in for a routine check-up and cleaning and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The dentist Dr Ramona Seth was thorough in explaining every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They also took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood what was happening with my dental health. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell that the dentist really cared about my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental care. The Hygienist Faizan was very gentle and professional. I highly recommend Oaks Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team. Mr Morgan was recommended to me after I was unhappy with the advice given by 2 other dental practices. I was therefore quite nervous about the outcome. Mr Morgan was very friendly and put me at my ease. I needed a loose tooth out that was preventing my denture from fitting. The extraction was painless and I had no bruising or tenderness at all. My denture now fits perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Morgan. The girls on the phone were also very friendly and approachable.
I had a basic descale, but this doesn't adequately describe the thorough service I received with careful checking and probing between teeth and gum line, feedback on brushing technique and how to improve and good conversation in-between. Thoroughly recommend.
I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back.
