I am normally terrified of seeing dentist- however , urgency needs was priority. I had a hygiene treatment with Nikki which was excellent. During my 1st Consultation, I was made to feel very welcome and my mind was put at ease straight away. I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time and was very apprehensive, however, I needn't be worried as the dentist spoke to me calmly, explained the process and carried out my filling treatment comfortably. I was very relaxed. Highly recommend Time Dental in Farnham. A fantastic dental team!
Dr Wilkinson and the team at The Courtyard Clinic are outstanding. Previously a nervous dental patient I was put at ease completely. I had to have a molar removed which was extracted by Dr Wilkinson. Quite honestly I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I recommend the practice to everyone.

Astek have their dental lab on site which is how I believe all dentists should be set up. I had a front tooth knocked out in a childhood accident and have since been very conscious of the way my smile looks. In today's world of working on Teams and video calls for the main part, this was becoming more and more problematic for me. So along with attending appointments with my dentist, Leila, for general dentistry she took impressions and Ailsa, the proprietor, created two bespoke veneers to make my front teeth appear more normal and worked with both me and my lovely dentist, to tailor my smile when I wasn’t initially delighted with the result - cancelling afternoon appointments until we were done. Two veneers sound a simple, ordinary thing, but I actually didn’t have two front teeth to work with – just one front tooth and a smaller, differently shaped, side tooth which looked quite odd. I now don’t even think about my teeth when I’m on screen which is such a relief. Thank you so much Astek! To say I am a nervous patient is an understatement. Leila has been so patient and kind with me and I am so much more confident in the chair with her. She has also managed to sort out gum issues that have persisted for over 40 years, and now when I’m brushing my teeth there is no sign of anything in the sink but toothpaste. She also keeps me on track when I’m not doing as well as I should be, advising on which brushes, and toothpaste for sensitivity, and even demonstrating that you can get the largest of teepees into some very small spaces. Hygienist app with Alice Garside. Hands down Alice is THE BEST hygienist I've ever been to, and the children came back feeling proud to have cared for teeth and we all empowered and inspired to keep up the good work! Alice made taking 3 kids to the clinic achievable and enjoyable ON TOP of being an incredible hygienist. 5 star all the way. Clean, crisp, professional, fun, and encouraging.
Had a most well-organised check-up and hygenist appointment on Tuesday. This was my first one under new covid restrictions. The Hygienist Sue was her usual friendly and very thorough self, my teeth have certainly missed her attention. I was most impressed by the time taken and explanations given by my new dentist H.Watts. Looking forward to the next appointment. All steps are taken in reception and throughout areas to ensure covid safe. I had X rays are taken which were due and their results were explained very clearly.
I visited Confident Smile to discuss an implant and Alex who is extremely knowledgable recommended I considered a brace for upper and lower teeth including an extraction to straighten the lower teeth for cosmetic and preventative measures as well. I have now had this treatment and an implant in my lower jaw. I am a very nervous patient but at all times I was made to feel calm, relaxed and throughout my dental journey I was put at ease and each procedure was explained in detail prior to the work being carried out. Alex and his team were extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. I have now moved to this dentist permanently for check ups and hygiene visits and highly recommend them. The receptionists are also friendly and very helpful.
