I am normally terrified of seeing dentist- however , urgency needs was priority. I had a hygiene treatment with Nikki which was excellent. Had an urgent appointment with Dr Aditee Shelar today. As usual, I found her and all the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The dentists are extremely good and empathetic and I remain delighted with the extensive work I had done last year, as well as all the follow-up. The dental plan is very good value and I will continue with it in the future.
As a nervous patient Adeel and his assistant were calm and patient and talked me through the process. The pictures taken of the work carried out on my tooth were amazing and you really could not see the filling on the side of my tooth that Adeel had taken so much time and care over - amazing work and service. I cannot praise the practice staff for the way they have to treat me and my wife. My wife has always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone in the practice made her feel welcome and calmed her nerves. As for myself, due to COVID and the fact that my previous dentists were a victim of the "lock-down" and ceased practising, left me in a lot of pain due to a bad wisdom tooth, but Dr V.J. Worked his magic and now I'm pain-free. Once again thank you all and stay safe.
I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.
